If you like modern contemporary design and a Relaxing oasis in Evora
Pros:

Miguel and Stefan at front desk. Joe at the roof bar they were all so nice. The interior design of the entire hotel was stunning.

Conforto e requinte
Pros:

Gostei do café da manhã, do conforto do quarto, da banheira, da sauna e da vista que o quarto tinha para o Aqueduto. Gostei também de conhecer a história da propriedade.

Que a piscina aquecida estava fora de uso em reforma.

De quase tudo....Hotel muito aprazível e com uma beleza muito bonita pela pedra das suas estruturas. Quarto muito confortável e com um design a combinar com o estilo do hotel (PEDRA).

Cons:

Da piscina e jacuzi (pequena, água um pouco fria para época e com muito cloro/o ar deixava os olhos irritados), banho turco muito frio (sem quase vapor)

La ubicación del hotel, muy cerca del centro y el desayuno

Cons:

El spa sobre todo. El nivel de cloro del agua era muy molesto, tanto era así que en ojos y garganta. Además, no funcionaba el jacuzzi ni el baño turco. Aunque eso son problemas puntuales, lo que sí mejoraría la distribución del mismo. Hay que atravesar un pasillo para cambiar de una zona a otra y en invierno hace bastante frío ir por ahí, mojado y en toalla (porque no te dan albornoces, ni había en la habitación).

הצוות כולו היה מאוד מאוד שירותי, כולם היו סופר נחמדים. המיקום גם כן מעולה.

זה לא הרגיש מלון 5 *. לדוגמה בלובי לא היו מים, פירות וכדומה, משהו שמרגיש מעבר…

החדר שלנו היה באיזור שהיו בו שיפוצים, אמנם לא היה לנו רעש אך היתה תחושה קצת לא נעימה, וגם ריח לא הכי נעים במסדרון. ארוחת בוקר די בסיסית, חדר האמבטיה לא היה מצויד כפי שמצופה ממלון ברמה כזו, אין חימום מגבות, אין סבון נוזלי ושמפו בתוך המקלחת, זרם המים היה חלש מאוד.
בהזמנה ביקשתי מיטה זוגית עם 2 שמיכות נפרדות, ואישרו את בקשתי, אך כשהגעתי היו 2 מיטות נפרדות. אמנם כשהתקשרתי מיד הגיע צוות חדרניות ובדרך כלשהי והפכו את המיטה לזוגית.
הבריכה הפנימית והג׳קוזי לא פעלו, אך הם שלחו לנו על כך הודעה מס׳ ימים קודם לכן.
