Cons:

O pequeno-almoço era bastante limitado em variedade e as instalações do spa (sauna, banho turco) e ginásio muito pequenos. Para um 5 estrelas ficou um pouco abaixo das expectativas

Pros:

o hotel deveria ter informado que está em reforma. é a quarta vez que fico neste hotel e me surpreendi com a decadência porque estão em reforma e fiquei em um quarto que precisa de manutençao. porta empenada e paredes muito riscadas. poeira embaixo da cama mostrando que não se move a cama há semanas

Great hotel and stay in Evora.
Pros:

All terrific. Just a shame the weather had delayed the finishing of the indoor pool area. Hotel did let us know ahead of time and had option of canceling our booking but didn’t. Appreciate their upfront honesty about the situation. Stayed anyway . It was still great. Breakfast wonderful!

Cons:

Other than renovations going on nothing. Renovations didn’t bother us, just sorry to miss the facilities.

Lovely staff and the hotel could be really nice but it was more like 3 stars than 5
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the outside pool area was really beautiful. The beds were big and very comfortable

Cons:

The inside pool and jacuzzi were broken which we were told about but we were told the outside pool was heated which it wasn’t. The room was very dark and the bath plug was broken so I couldn’t have one

Cons:

Num 5* deveria have um bagageiro. o meu marido foi estacionar e eu levei 2 malas e uma mochila para o quarto. é só um detalhe.

If you like modern contemporary design and a Relaxing oasis in Evora
Pros:

Miguel and Stefan at front desk. Joe at the roof bar they were all so nice. The interior design of the entire hotel was stunning.
