Clean room, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice hot shower. Friendly staff. Close to shopping centre, easy walk to harbour.

Pros:

Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Location is right in the middle of the city, next to a shopping centre and close to the railway station. Beds are comfortable and unit was working well for us.

Cons:

Believed unit to be ground floor.
Unit smelt of mould and musty. Had to have vanilla candles lit every time in unit together with opening of windows and door. Also needed to spray room deoderiser every time I entered.

Good location and amenities
Pros:

Location is close to shops, bars, restaurants. Quick uber pick ups. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Beds need upgrading. Very uncomfortable. Street noise, but that is expected being so close to bars.

Clean convenient accomadation.
Pros:

Its location was ideal, opposite shops and within walking distance of reef terminal and Esplanade

Cons:

How to lock the door wasn’t very clear. We arrived after hours, fortunately a neighbour helped us to lock the door. Lock on door not very substantial and no email address so communicate any questions (we were out daily early). Would have been nice to see cctv cameras around for extra security.

Central location, fully equipped suites
Pros:

Central location, close to attractions and the docks, secure car parking, the suites have a washing machine and dryer, that came in very useful, and a kitchen, and with Woolworths just across the road with central plaza, definitely helped keeping the cost down ,,

Cons:

Ok if I have to come up with a down side, police,fire, and ambulance, could have kept the use of their bells and whistles down a bit at three am , that’s the down side of central location, cutlery in the kitchen was a hodgepodge of different kinds and shapes utensils, maybe my OCD kicking in, but was a bit of a distraction, ow no elevator it’s only a three story building but for us oldies with bags for a two week trip the four flights of stairs were a exorcise we could have lived without 🥵 but thats digging deep for something to complain about,,,
