Pros:

The location and the ability to cook.

Cons:

The smell of the place. It was like mould or cat pee. We had to buy our own toilet paper after the room wasn't serviced after 2 days.

ケアンズ滞在中はプールや海、川下りなどで洗濯物がたくさん出たので、お部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があったのが非常に便利でした。（コインランドリーで洗濯と乾燥をすると１０ドル以上するし、時間もかかるので・・・）

お部屋のキッチンでスーパーで買ったステーキ肉焼いて食べたりもしました。美味しかったし外食を抑えることができてよかったです。

こちらに宿泊していろんなコストを抑えることができたので、その分ツアーなどにお金をかけられたのがありがたかったです。

ベッドも寝心地が良くて、ベッドにはうるさいタイプの私もぐっすり眠ることができました。

Cons:

古さは感じましたが、部屋の写真で見ていたとおりだったので特に問題ありませんでした。

ラグーンプールまでは若干遠かったですが、５歳の子供でも歩いて行けました。
エスプラネードまでは少し距離がありますが、その分ケアンズセントラルが近いので買い物にはとても便利でした。

Roy was Fantastic to deal with on arrival. Helpful hints for places to eat and shop. Shopping arcade was Directly across the road with both Coles & Woolworths in between a 100 shopping retailers!! Easy stroll around town. 2 Bedroom Apartment had everything you needed including washing machine & Dryer. Nice Pool Complex

Enjoyable and no complaints.
Pros:

Location was excellent for my needs. Clean & comfortable with all the amenities I required ie cooking facilities & utensils, tv, aircon, washer, dryer. Pool is there for use. Private. Convenient onsite vehicle parking which is locked after hours.

Mid City Luxury Suites is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is very clean and conveniently located close to the city center. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and Mr. Roy in particular always does his best to assist with any questions.
We stayed for 5 nights and felt very comfortable during our entire stay. Everything was well organized and pleasant.
We would definitely recommend Mid City Luxury Suites and would be happy to stay here again.
