A example of a very bad hotel. 5* turned into 0*
Pros:

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. "ON THE BEACH" is the worst website to use. I don't recommend it. They did not take responsibility of my complaint. This hotel is still on their website. Shocking.
The restaurant is not organised. It's always overcrowded. Food repetitive and low quality. No place for entertainment. My room was never cleaned properly in my 10 days stay. No toilet roll for one day.
The hotel in general was dirty. "PET FRIENDLY" hotel turned into poo in the swimming pool. Absolutely disgusting.
Sunny Beach is definitely worth a visit but in another hotel!

Pros:

Szép a szálloda, jó a kilátás. Akciósan olcsó volt.

Cons:

A szobában és az étteremben büdös van. A liftre sokat kell várni. (a személyzet is azt használja) Az étterem mocskos és ugyan azt adnak minden nap. A szomszédban egy karaoke bár üvölt hajnalig.

Personalul, și multe altele, cozile la mâncare, nea hartuit pe plaja hotelului un om sa cumpărăm sezlonguri, zilnic de. Câteva ori venea......! Nu am avut dreptul la bere pe plaja.....

A fost bine și nu prea.
Pros:

Locația super, camere ok

Cons:

La barul din restaurant nu avea decât vin și bere, deci neaprovizionat. Lipsa animatori și nici un fel de divertisment. Mâncarea aceiași in fiecare zi, farfurii f mici. La bar îți punea doar 50ml in pahar ptr care stăteai și la rand.
