Not going there again.
Pros:

Location only as it's convenient.

Cons:

Bedsheets, Mattress weren't clean. I had to ask them to change it more than couple of occasions.
Hot water was not hot enough. During half of my stay staff kept saying we are fixing the hot water system. It's under maintenance.
Shower water flow was terrible during most of my stay. It seems it depends at what time you take the shower. If it's peak time, then flow is terrible.

It was okay for the price and the locatioin. The breakfast should be included along with room rent.
Pros:

The breakfast was not included with the room rates.
The room was not ready when i checked in at 5,30 AM.
so there was a delay of giving me a room.
it was a quiet ambiance - no disturbance at all. Had a good rest

okay option for a brief stay
Pros:

we didn't try the breakfast. the location is good.

Cons:

the room was squeaky clean, but not maintained very well. there were marks on the walls. the lights were dim.
