I would recommend this hotel and location to everyone who is looking for value.
Pros:

The price of the accommodation met my expectations and the staff also met expectations.
The breakfast was very good and the shuttle service provided a easy way to get to the train to go abroad and site see.

Cons:

Was not able to adjust room temperature without opening a window. This was a minor inconvenience.

Hotel environment and breakfast

Cons:

AC was not working properly, the room was excessively hot, setting a lower temperature didn't help. There was no cooling mode that mostly we found all other hotels. Only Low, High and Automatic. All. Modes were the same. After complaining, the hotel staff suggested us to open the window, after that it was somewhat pleasant.

I would stay again. :) my daughter was happy she could jump in swimming pool
Pros:

I liked spa and swimming pool were available.
Hope spa was available bit longer as they close at 10pm and we arrived late.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny. I don’t think bathroom was clean. There were long hairs (4-5hairs ) attached on the back of bathroom door. Cleaner must missed while door flipped to other side while cleaning bathroom but it was gross.

Overall we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room it was bigger than the standard Japanese room. The free use of pajamas was a bonus. I also liked the fact that there was a family mart at the lobby.

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that there was no air conditioner when we checked in March. It was pretty hot even with the window open.

Room air conditioner and bathroom fan doesn't work. It was very hot and humid after showering.
