Pros:

Good size rooms, friendly staff, and good sized bathrooms. The bed was comfy, and the hotel came with good accessible facilities. Offered free bus transport to and from the Narita airport.

Cons:

The room was a little stuffy as you couldn't open the window. No biggie, but made the room a bit musty.

Love to stay here again. Staff are very accomodating and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna. There is also a free shuttle bus service, which makes getting around very convenient. A convenience store and several restaurants are located in the hotel, adding to the overall ease of stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full range of toiletries.

Cons:

We just missed the 3:30 PM shuttle from Narita Airport Terminal 1, even though we had been waiting since 3:10 PM, so we had to wait until the next one at 4:30 PM. It was a bit inconvenient, and it’s possible we misunderstood the schedule or didn’t realize that the shuttle may sometimes be shared with Art Hotel.

體驗很好，CP值高，有機會會再入住
Pros:

早餐很豐富，選擇多又好吃，非常適合帶著小孩的家庭。
房間很乾淨，也算寬敞，飯店員工服務很好。
一樓就有便利商店，深夜也不怕沒有東西吃。

Cons:

到成田機場有一點距離，搭接駁車還要20分鐘左右，並不算近
飯店有接駁巴士，但需要注意班次和時間

Economic and comfortable choice while staying in Narita!
Pros:

The location is very convenient, only 10 mins driving to airport or the shopping mall. The hotel provides shuttle buses between airport, shopping mall and JR Narita station.

Cons:

Not much, but if I have to pick, I wish they would provide more than 1 shuttle bus within peak hours.

Pros:

Czysto, wygodnie. Pyszne śniadania. Bardzo wygodne busy hotelowe, którymi można dojechać na lotnisko, stację lub centrum handlowe. Bardzo wygodny jest też sklep w samym hotelu. Personel jest bardzo miły i uczynny. Można również w cenie zostawić bagaż.
