还不错！工作人员都很负责，电视还能看节目很赞.空调的制冷功能已打开感觉出风口有很多灰尘.味道很呛鼻子.应该是要清扫通风口的灰尘了

整体服务人员高效，负责，态度好

Cons:

酒店一楼大厅可以明示一个会说中文的服务台，方便游客咨询；房间的天花板的照明大灯的控制按钮一直没找到，问了保洁人员也说不知道.每晚睡觉都要跑到门口拔门禁卡，导致房间黑乎乎没有安全感也很麻烦！

Cons:

Eher veraltet, sehr dreckiges Gym also die Geräte, man musste auch nur für eine Stunde früher zusätzlich zahlen wenn man einchecken wollte.

Excellent breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was so friendly. The free shuttle bus to/from airport and to/from Narita station were so convenient.

Pros:

Hotel yang nyaman, dengan staff yang ramah. Dari bandara Narita terminal 2, kami menggunakan jasa antar jemput bus gratis menuju hotel dan menuju bandara keesokan harinya. didalam hotel juga ada family mart sehingga mudah jika ada keperluan belanja ringan.

Great amenities and shuttle service
Pros:

Amenities, pool, sauna, convenient shuttle service to and from airport and the Aeon Mall and Narita Station. Big room and beds.

Cons:

Won't consider early check in or late check out without fees. Although I paid 1 whole night for early check in at 9am. They didn't allow for late checkout request of an hour which I think they are just following rules. Will consider a different hotel in the area next time.
