Hotel is good, but the restaurant was terrible, waiting over 40min and it was not even good, the worst meal I had in the country

Hotel em boas condições, com alguns quartos reformados, outros mais antigos, mas no geral muito bons. Café da manhã internacional, muito completo e saboroso. Quartos espaçosos, limpos e roupa de cama de alta qualidade.
Empregados educados. Único ponto negativo foi na indicação de taxi pelos funcionários do hotel. Indicam taxis privados muito mais caros, abusivos em relação aos preços médios de mercado e por aplicativo.

Great hotel to stay in Windhoek
Pros:

Mercure offers fabulous buffet for breakfast and lunch. People in the restaurant are very helpful and prompt. Room is spacious and great.
Everything is good except for check-in experience. We did pre-paid, but they were not certain whether we paid. THe check-in took more than 40 min. Other guests said similar experience

Das Safari Hotel ist zur Zeit geschlossen. Alle auf Safari Hotel gebuchten Gäste werden im Safari Court Hotel aufgenommen und erhalten damit ein Upgrade. Das hat mich sehr gefreut.

Die Küche hat mich aber sehr enttäuscht. Die Fleischqualität war unter allem Niveau.
