Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

Perfect location, easy check in, comfortable surroundings.

Cons:

Minor issue - the shower head just needs a bit of maintenance as the water was not coming out so nicely

The room was extremely cold, no heaters. I almost died of cold.

Cons:

I almost died of cold. With such weather conditions in Namibia, I would expect that rooms of such standard would have heaters. I sat in the outdoor restaurants for over 25 minutes but no one approached me to ask whether I needed any thing.

Very disappointing experience – I do not recommend this hotel

I booked and paid for a king-size room but was initially given a double room with a noisy bed. Thankfully, I was moved to the correct room after about 20 minutes.

The service throughout my stay was extremely poor. Tea and water were not regularly replenished, I waited an hour for an iron, and restaurant orders could take up to two hours—even for something as simple as fries.

At checkout, there was no water, and guests were not properly informed. I had to leave for the airport without being able to shower.

The biggest concern was the payment issue. I paid a N$500 deposit at check-in, but at checkout the hotel claimed they could not locate it and made me pay another N$904 for food. I was promised a refund and an email, but four days later, I have received neither the refund nor any communication.

Very poor service, poor communication, and unacceptable handling of payments. I would not recommend this hotel.
