A wonderful experience and a great hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is lovely! Great value for money. The location is excellent, and the staff are very kind -Raisa at reception welcomed us so warmly and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The rooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Morgenmaden var god med mange forskellige ting. Beliggenheden var rigtig god.

The staff was nice and helpful. Would visit again but I wouldn’t pay any extra for a deluxe room
Pros:

The rooms were really clean, nicely decorated and the bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed in two different Deluxe double rooms, and they were not like in the picture which was pretty disappointing. The rooms looked pretty much like a standard double room, especially the first one. We then complained and luckily got moved into another rooms for our last night (we stayed 3 nights). The second room was a bit wider but still nothing like the pictures.

Perfect stay! I would revisit the same hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was in a quiet and nice neighbourhood, the stuff was friendly (especially Cecilia at the front desk when we arrived) and the room was super comfortable and big. The bathroom was even nicer than the one I have at home. The decor/design was also very beautiful.

Cons:

The only drawback I can find is that the room was not very soundproof (I could hear the toiled being flushed from the room next door). Our room was also next to the housekeeping storage area, and the frequent door opening and closing (normal for hotel operations though) was clearly audible inside our room.
