Overall the stay was as expected, staff very friendly and bed was clean, tv and kettle worked. I would stay here again,

Great location on the promenade. Having read the previous reviews, I was prepared for the run down look of the outside. It was a reasonable price and the rooms were clean. There was also parking available at no additional cost.

Cons:

Tired exterior and interior decoration. Needs a lot of tlc.

Less than ten minutes from railway station. Very good value compared to Liverpool centre
