Pros:

Séjour agréable, chambre au calme, bonne literie, climatisée, accueil très bon, petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

Seul bémol, la moquette était tachée par endroits !

Great location and charming. Room for lots of other improvement.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the hotel itself is charming. The beds are comfortable. Some of the younger staff were pleasant, others not very helpful in resolving issues.

Cons:

My bathroom was dated. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed properly before my arrival and was full of crumbs and threads. The high and tight access to a small bathtub would have been very difficult for an elderly person to manage without high risk of slippage. The sink was cracked. The room I was given on the ground floor had almost no natural light - something one would not expect when paying very high rates. My access key did not work one night - and I could not get into my room for 30 minutes despite the front desk intervening with spare key. Apparently this was not a new occurrence. No apologies from hotel management at all the next day.

Le confort,l'amabilité du personnel,l'emplacement,la climatisation en cette période de canicule.

Cons:

La moquette est usée et défraîchie et la douche n'est pas pratique.

I will be satisfied with a suitable refund
Cons:

I was overcharged on my credit card. I paid Booking.com before arriving, charged a balance when I checked out then charged again the day after check out. I need a refund. The charge for upgrading to a third person was far too much.

Quaint spot with a very Parisian feel
Pros:

It was in a pet good location and the room and lobby were very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet overnight.

Cons:

The tiny circular staircase wasn’t easy to get our luggage up. The bathtub/shower was an awkwardly large step in/out.

Cons:

The staff are polite and the hotel is in a very central location. I paid around €350 for this hotel, yet nothing is provided free of charge. They don’t even leave a bottle of water in the room. When I asked them to send some water to my room, they simply pointed to the cupboard on the left as you enter and told me to help myself. I wanted to have a cup of coffee for a fee, but they don’t offer that service either. As for the room cleanliness, it’s generally clean, if you disregard the hair in the bath left by the previous guest. The location is lovely, but you should only choose this hotel if you just want to go to your room and sleep. You won’t be able to get any service here, and I won’t be staying here again at this price.

Bien ubicado y bonita decoración.

Cons:

Desayuno escasísimo y pobre.
No tiene aparcamiento ni posibilidad de aparcar cerca, si vas en coche no vayas a este hotel.

Ce fut un bon séjour, malgré les nuisances notées
Pros:

Excellent accueil dans un emplacement intéressant. Le confort de l'hôtel est très correct

Cons:

Le prix de l'hôtel reste élevé.
Il y a eu beaucoup de bruit (musique) dans le voisinage la nuit.
