A fantastic stay in a quiet area just steps from the Eiffel Tower.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Passy Eiffel. The location is truly outstanding — just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and very close to a metro station, which made getting around Paris incredibly easy. Despite being so close to one of the city’s main attractions, the neighborhood around the hotel is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room was spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is clearly very well maintained.
I can’t comment on the breakfast at the hotel itself, because there is a lovely café just about 50 meters away that serve fantastic breakfasts — and it was hard to resist starting the day there.
Overall, a great place to stay in Paris with an unbeatable location and very comfortable rooms. I would happily stay here again.

Nothing that affected the overall experience — it was a very pleasant stay.

Great location and I'll return.
Pros:

Great location, double glazing on windows kept out the noise of the street below, the female receptionists were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and pillows. Range of tv channels. Kettle. Very close to Metro and buses, safe. Good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

I thought it was quite expensive, around €176 a night for single occupancy. Relatively small room (I guess that's just Paris), no conditioner or body lotion.

Pros:

Camera vista Torre Eiffel gentilmente concessa su richiesta. Sala colazione accogliente come anche il salottino interno. Giardinetto esterno molto gradito. Posizione eccezionale. Vista Torre Eiffel, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Fermata autobus difronte porta hotel lato opposto comoda e spaziosa la strada a sendo unico e piena di negozi. Accanto alla porta dell hotel, una farmacia chiusa la domenica ed un forno di delizioso pane e stupendi dolci. Lato opposto, difronte l hotel carinissimo negozio di tè e fra gli altri, un fruttivendolo. Ristoranti carini (ma turistici, appena attraversata la strada. Altra grande farmacia all angolo. Altra fermata di autobus dietro l hotel. Posizione veramente straordinaria. Il bollitore delle uova nella sala colazione è fighissimo!

Cons:

La poca attenzione nel servizio della colazione delle cameriere. Latte di soia portano latte normale una mattina ed il giorno dopo latte di mandorla (gradito ma, se fossi ststa allergica alle mandorle? Non ho chiesto quello....). Non fanno cappuccino ma squisiti caffe anche americani. La stanza è tipicamente di un 3 stelle ma vista e cortesia del personale da 5 stelle.

Pros:

Apart from location, cleannes etc. I want to take a moment to thank you brilliant team members of this hotel. I had forgatten my car key in the safe and they made a big effort to return it to me even by dealing with customs officers and making many correspondence for me. I cannot thank them enough.

Great location and we will definitely go back on our next visit.
Pros:

Nice, clean, comfortable and good size room. Room was quiet as it looked out onto the inner courtyard.
Reception staff pleasant.

Cons:

Pity the air con was not working as it was very humid in the room especially after using the shower
