C-Hotel Neve Illan

Room was not renovated with mold. When we got there the ac was off and was noisy when turn on. The stuff ate great and very good breakfast

Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door.

Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren.

Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing.

This is one of the dirtiest places that I have ever encountered. The rooms are pretty gross

The photos of the hotel were a bit misleading. This property is in need of renovations. Our room had a few things that needed repairs when we arrived. The staff was quick to get the job done - everyone was very friendly and professional. The views around the property are beautiful.

Party going on in next door room all night.
Tried to be patient but at 3.30am I rang reception.
I checked that they understood exactly the noise problem.
They ignored my complaint, so nearly half an hour later before 4 am I myself went in the garden outside my window to abuse these partying guests.
As an older person, I should not have had to do this.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL therefore

Wonderful position being outside the city noise and pollution. Lovely clean hilltop air, car essential though.
Rooms and bathrooms have been renovated but still could do with modernisation.
Staff were friendly and we arrived late at 2am with no problem or delay.
Breakfast was good but coffee not from dispensers wouid be welcome.
We did not use the pool.

I enjoyed the kosher food immensely

This is a great 2.5-3 star hotel from a room perspective (slightly rundown furniture that is more college dorm than fancy hotel), with a 3-4 star lobby and a solid 4 star breakfast. Given this, it is a terrific value and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We slept great, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, and took in some amazing views of Israel’s coastline. We did not have a chance to use the pool or the athletic equipment, but if you like that sort of thing, this is really a terrific hotel!

Aside from two mornings when fire alarms woke us at 6:30 and 7:00AM, both mistakes, we experienced no housekeeping service our first day. The bathmat, with obvious mold growing on it took three days to replace. I actually carried it down to reception to show it to them! The larger blanket which covered the”king” bed arrangement had a torn and too small duvet. The hotel, at over $200 per night was definitely disappointing. The food was plentiful and generally tasty.

I was disappointed because the pool wasn't in the hotel. It is a covered Pool , with heated water , in a Country Club near by 300 mts that receive people from the zone, and also free people from the Hotel . The Gymn is also in the Country Club, and must pay 50 shekel the entrance

The condition in the hotel is poor, very very noisy

Located close to good food in Abu Gosh.
Close enough to drive to the main sights in Jerusalem if you avoid the rush hour.

Estava com dificuldade de encontrar um hotel para a data da viagem e que se encaixasse no meu orçamento. Apesar de um pouco distante, mas nem tanto, acabou sendo ua grata surpresa. Limpeza, bom atendimento, lugar super agradável, boa comia, Super recomendo.
