We always give the hotel five stars as the standard is always fantastic.All the butlers are so cheerful and helpful.Raquel assisted us on our departure day and was so helpful and cheerful. A special mention to Vicky and Nerieda , who were so cheerful and fun, also all the staff at breakfast and poolside who all did a fantastic job( can’t remember all the names). Cesar our waiter at the buffet was very attentive and friendly. The cleaners did a wonderful job and our room was kept spotless. This is our third visit and we will definitely be back next year. We are already looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Stunning hotel, with excellent views from the room and pool area. Everywhere is immaculate. Food and service is faultless, and staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to waitress Vicky, looking after our every need throughout the day.

Such a beautiful hotel. In an amazing location with fabulous sea views. Offering exclusivity and a serene, calming atmosphere. The rooms are fantastic, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Competitively priced, exceptional value for money. The staff are amazing, very friendly yet professional and offering a very personal service. There is a great deal on offer at Salome. Lots of amenities which include, pools, spa, adult only section, family sections, spa, activities for all or quiet retreat areas. Fabulous!!

Amazing staff, amazing rooms, amazing restaurants, just an amazing hotel. I stayed on my own and every member of the hotel team made me feel welcome and special. Thank you.

This is the perfect place to relax. The small annex to the much larger Anthelia gives the best of both worlds. Adults only and quiet, with its own lovely pool area, plenty of comfortable sun loungers and staff who provide friendly service. Lots of treats and extras and the butler team are very helpful both in arrangements for dinner reservations and information. Especially Aldair who gave us so many great recommendations about how to explore this beautiful island. There are the bars and restaurants of the main part of Costa Adeje if you want more lively entertainment and walking in the opposite direction to the village of La Caletta takes about an hour of easy walking.

What has made this holiday so very special are the staff.
Staying in the salome is quite intimate and so you get to know all the staff quite well
So a massive thank you to all the ladies Yovana / Vicky / Rebeca / Janeth / Jessica / Viviana
who looked after us daily for lunch and around the pool
Also thanks to Aldair and Rachel for our daily chats on football

Another chilled holiday the staff & hotel are fantastic

We’ve just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were exceptionally attentive and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was excellent throughout, and our room was both spacious and impeccably maintained.

A special mention must go to Vicky, Jenth, and our wonderful butler Rachel, who were all absolutely exemplary and made a real difference to our experience.

We will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

2nd year at the Salomi but a week later.
Having a lovely time with attentive, lovely and sometimes funny staff (Vicky has great teeth and a contagious laugh). Attentive but discrete service and if you need pampering this is an ideal hotel. Hopefully back next year.

We celebrated our anniversary for 6 nights in February. The hotel is lovely and the staff wonderful. We had a small issue at check in and they went way over the top to make it right. Raquel and Fran took every opportunity to ensure that we had a perfect stay.

Really chill hotel, good atmosphere. Rooms are clean. Maybe need some renovation in some places like the shower. Service is good at the pool, in the main restaurant too. Not much noise, lovely vacation location.

Once again, a great experience at a great Hotel. From arrival and check in throughout, everything was just brilliant - especially the staff.

Janeth at breakfast was just great, always helpful and always remembered our daily order - even before we asked. Around the Pool, Rebecca and Nereida were always around to quickly serve us - including with a smile.

Jenner maintained the pool area to an exceptionally high standard and was always available to help out. Finally, any review would not be complete with a mention of Vicky - whose friendly and efficient service was especially noticed.

We are staying at the Salome this week. Absolutely fantastic. All the staff are kind and friendly, can't do enough for you. 5 Stars all the way. The food is on another level. Exceptional ! All the rooms are luxurious and have a personal butler service. Can't wait to return.

From start to finish the experience was outstanding due to the care and dedication of an exceptional team. From arrival our cases were swiftly taken away before I was even out of the taxi and we given a complimentary drink and this level of attention detail remained throughout our stay. I will definitely be coming back in the not too distant future

Had a wonderful relaxing week in the Salome Hotel. Accommodation was superb with fabulous views from the veranda. A great selection of restaurants within the grounds and food was amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff made the experience a total delight. Will be back.
