Exorbitant cost without a cause
Pros:

The close distance from the nariman point

Cons:

The cost of the ordinary room is exceptionally high. If reaching marine drive, nariman point is the only objective one can argue to justify this exorbitant cost, else there is almost nothing to charge 14000 for a night. Standard breakfast, 1 bed where two people can sleep, one small sofa etc these are standards everywhere.
