Cons:

The AC was set at 23-24 degrees and despite me setting the temperature at 18, the temperature never reduced below 23! You need a cooler room in hot Mumbai weather

Overall a good hotel with great staff and service.

Cons:

A basic first aid would be great as I was looking for a paracetamol at midnight and I was surprised to know the hotel didn't have it available.
