Unhappy and frustrated
Pros:

The hotel information was not clear enough. For the price this place is not worth. The location is surrounded by bars and clubs, there is dirt al around, smoking and drinking, very noisy.
They do not clean the rooms even when asked. Their understanding of making up the room is changing the towels and refilling the water bottles. We ask for them to clean and vacuum. It was not done. The sink was not draining properly, there was mold in the walls. The toilet was making noises at night as it was overflowing.The lobby and other areas are not clean. Now I understand why they have a no refunds or no cancellation policy. I am very disappointed.

I was mistaken by the pictures . The place is small, room is ok but the bed is not comfortable and the design of the room is tiny and not family friendly . During weekend the street is packed where the hotel is located and too crowded with people. The taxi barely fit outside the hotel so u have to carry your luggage all the way in the small streets just to get to the hotel.

Pros:

The location is so close to the exit 9 of Euljiro 3(sam)-ga. I feel a bit disappointed on the cleanliness of the room. Can see the dusts at the corner of room. The room cleaning service is only emptying the trash bins and bed tidy up but didn’t really clean the floor and the entire room.

The staffs are friendly but I am confused on their answer about the airport bus. I received different answer from the staffs. Some of them said there is no bus stop nearby and another staff said it does.

Pros:

Booked the 2 Double suite with View initially. it is not anything close to a suite and the only view is only if u climb the ladder access to the roof. Booked the room is also booking website states 2 bathrooms. Please do not be misled - to be exact 2 showers, 1 toilet and 2 common sharing basin over a 1.5m table in this room. One of the showers is located along the slanting roof so you can hardly walk in. Ceiling is low and certainly not for the claustrophobic.

We are a party of 5, room has 4 doubles which I tot will be fine but is so cramped. as the area specified on website likely includes the attic seating area and roof which is extremely cold and shabby in Mar. Ok if is a bachelor party or a quick stay for 1 night.

To be fair the hotel does have its character with its decor and is situated amongst the eateries and pubs.
It gotten better when I changed rooms and paid an extra room to stay more comfortably.
However cleanliness must be improved. The decor (industrial / cement setting) and lighting kind of covers up this aspect but still evident to be seen. I have highlighted the issue and the staff try to make an extra effort to clean again.

If lift access is a concern, please check with hotel first as not all rooms has lift access. Not recommended for young children and old folks.

If not for the staff who are mostly obliging and friendly, it would be a terrible rating instead.

Horrible experience. Staff is never available and difficult to get a hold of. Rooms and bed sheets are dirty. Room was extremely humid/damp and attracted so many mosquitos everywhere. Avoid at all costs.

there’s not enough staff for the property. the room is dark and the wall got lots of stains. the bed sheet and blanket cover were old and had lots of holes on it. we asked for changing and the staff said even i changed new sheet for you , it’s still have holes and all the sheet are old just like that. at the end no one changed any sheet and blankets covers i don’t think they really listen to customers. and the toilet cover was broken. the cover keep falling off i don’t know how to go to toilet while i need to holding the toilet cover ? we asked to change another room and staff said no. so we asked for a refund if we check out right now on the same day and staff said no as well. we had to leave at midnight without choice and found another hotel. i think it’s way too overpriced in such poor condition.

The room was honestly a lot smaller than i thought it would be. The pictures on site make it look bigger. However, being that we were out from sun up to sun down, it ended up being a good space regardless. Especially because the bed was super comfy. Hotel isnt like a regular hotel. Its combined with a cafe and staff at front desk is not there 24/7. There is a shared microwave and kettle in the lobby area, none in your room. The shower and bathroom was very small. Overall i would still rate the place 7/10.

Pros:

Amazing, over the top design choices. The place looks amazing. Unfortunately, the last few years haven’t been kind and the sheets have holes in them, the floors are filthy and the walls need cleaning. There is a thick layer of dust and grime on most of the amazing decor.

Pros:

The property is high style but as others have noted, very worn. The sheets were threadbare. Corners dusty and cobwebby and the plumbing is unmentionable. The room we stayed in was perfect for our family, but certainly too small for 8 people and kind of strange with no windows. The staff is young and cool, the neighborhood is all print shops during the day and night spots after dark. This hotel clearly caters to the late night crowd, with check in at 7pm and no staff before 11 am.

Dirty and poorly managed
Pros:

We booked a 1 night stay and was bareable for that one night however i would have been very disappointed if I had stayed longer.
The hotel has a good design premise however this is ruined by the fact that it is dirty and unorganised. When we arrived there was no one on the front desk and we had to go in search of staff to check us in. Our room had damp and wasn’t clean with black mould growing on the shower bottles and behind some piping in the room. Our bed linen was also ripped. On our floor the communal guest areas were overtaken by linen storage so ruins the vibe of the design. The room was small which is fine for a night but for a longer stay this would have been an issue. Rooms are also super close together so you can hear other rooms plumbing and when other guests are entering their room it sounds like they are trying to get into your room.
We found that the photos are rather misleading for this hotel and we left as soon as we could as it just wasn’t a comfortable stay.
Only good thing for this place is the location which is right by euljiro 3 station

Four to one room!
Pros:

Only had to ask front desk for two rolls of toilet paper (Three day two night stay with four people), other than that very friendly staff and cozy room! The room was bigger than in the pictures for sure!

Ok hotel if you have time to spare.
Pros:

Advertised self parking. There is actually NO parking which is very misleading. There is no parking lot whatsoever. The place is down a back alley and very hard to find. The place has potential. Very slow check in process. The breakfast in the morning is not too bad but it took an hour to make a cold egg sandwich!
