Pros:

The room was a nice size & bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The bar was nice & bar staff friendly. The spa & pool was a nice bonus, but in need of modernising as steam room wasn't working.
Plenty of parking spaces available.

Chilled pleasant stay
Pros:

Friendly staff and lovely with the children. Spacious and rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Pool area stored and cold. Food was ok but garlic bread was very greasy. Kids meals were a hit and bargain as cheap with adult meals. Breakfast wasn’t great as food left out.

Ok for somewhere to break the journey
Pros:

A standard Holiday Inn set just off the motorway between a Harvester and a McDonalds, the latter meaning there was a lot of coming and going into the evening. Parking was free however.
I was slightly surprised the bed was only a standard double but otherwise the room was adequate.
Breakfast was free and very good.

Pros:

Great location and room good value for money.

Cons:

Restaurant was dirty and poor service. Ordered the homemade makani for £22 with the bhaji’s and nann bread. Was extremely spicy and nothing like what it should be. Complained and asked to replace this with a double burger and told I couldn’t as this was a £20 meal so decided not to eat. Staff standing round on their mobile phones throughout service. Breakfast limited choice and boys were stinking ( I have some photos happy to pass on)

NEED A BREAK, OR HOLIDAY VALUE ALWAYS THE HOLIDAY INN WAY
Pros:

HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES WITH YOU IN THE PAST AND AT OTHER HOLIDAY INN'S. YOU OFFER EXCEPTIONAL VALUE, YOUR STAFF ARE MOST COURTEOUS ESPECIALLY RECEPTION WELL DONE

Cons:

BREAKFAST. DO NOT LIKE 'BUFFET' ESPECIALLY ROAMING CHILDREN SELF HELPING. LITTLE MORE OVERSEEING
AND TACTFUL DISCIPLINE OF COMMON ETIQUETTE MAY HELP.

Great hotel with great facilities.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night on our way travelling down the country. The rooms were modern and the tea and coffee facilities were brilliant. Good blackout blinds, clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the chance to have a quick swim and sauna after a few hours in the car.
