All the staff were so pleasant and helpful,the room was clean and warm .
We booked the Dinner and bed and breakfast deal which was excellent value with a good choice of meals on the ‘Deal Menu’.
Another bonus was free parking

I put in a request through the BOOKING.COM App to change the room to a Accessibility Room for my Father. There was no response through the APP, when I contacted direct the Hotel they told me that the only way to transfer to a accessibility room was to cancel and rebook at a £98 EXTRA COST.
Hotel is very dated, entrance road is full of potholes and there was a flood across the whole road way to reception. Embarrassed to have placed my mother and father here - Wont be doing it again
Good room, comfortable beds
Good facilities. But our rooms were too far apart as I had booked 2 rooms.
Breakfast wasn’t great for what we paid. Staff didn’t seem very engaging at all.
Bedrooms were spotless reception staff lovely.
The bars didnt have appropriate glasses beer was as flat as a pancake and for the prices of drinks was disgusting outside area full of empty glasses for hours plenty staff to move it but took a couple hours think the bar prices need to be sorted .

Too late to do anything about as it was morning and time to.leave. The food wasn't nice. Hash browns overcooked, croissants under cooked. The pizza I had in the restaurant wasn't nice.

Our room was like a sauna! No fan provided, even though they knew the air con was broken.

Breakfast food low in stock. No crossiants no sausages no orange juice.
