No staff on reception when I arrived. Had to stand and wait. Pleasant when she did come out. I departed early at 6am but the staff member was unfriendly and disinterested. No smile
From the minute we arrived every member of staff was so helpful and professional. They couldn't do enough to welcome us and make sure our stay was perfect in every way. Very relaxing and comfortable for a large family gathering to celebrate a special birthday. Nathan and his lovely colleague on the bar were so welcoming and helpful. As was the manager and reception staff. You can not fault this hotel in any way. Thank you 😊 see yiu again next year!
Staff are lovely , good location
Food wasn’t great had to send it back but they was very apologetic and took it of the bill for us. Only other thing was the breakfast I found the plates and cups to be quite dirty had to go through them to find a clean one
The staff were lovely. Accommodated our dinner in the bar to watch the football. Food was fresh and not rushed which was enjoyable and service was immaculate. Breakfast options were brilliant too and varied. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was also lovely and can’t really complain about the facilities. It’s a lovely hotel.
We would have liked a warning that there was an event on that evening. It was extremely loud and our room faced over the courtyard where it occurred. It was a comedy performance which went on for a couple of hours and this did cause us a lot of disruption when trying to wind down. We would also appreciate people being more aware of how loud they are, especially coming back to their rooms at antisocial hours. It should be enforced that when returning to your room to make sure you aren’t causing significant disruption to others which did occur multiple times. It sounded like someone tried to get into our room as well when drunk which was unnerving. There was also a lady who made it known to the bar that she was highly contagious with a sickness bug and then continued to order food and sit with their large group who were all coughing the next morning. Sadly others let the stay down.
Location near to a wedding we were attending, close to motorway. Lots of parking spaces. Staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Seating available outside and nice pool.
Quite a long walk to rooms with hotel having lots of corridors and doors. It didn’t disturb my sleep but there is motorway traffic noise when windows open.

Was a noise at 3.30am sill hear at 4.30am was like a washing machine on spin so didnt sleep well.
