My partner thought breakfast was good I didn't rate it good it could have been better
I dint like the breakfast it could have been served fresh the coffee machine wasn't working properly but we both had different opinions.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything was well organized.
Nothing significant. The stay was pleasant overall.
Nice spacious property. Lots of parking. Great facilities. Good sized rooms, nice bar and restaurant with outdoor space. We all enjoyed an evening family swim (towels etc included). Fantastic evening meal and breakfast.

spacious comfortable accommodation . great breakfast . spacious grounds with many parking areas . quiet area . many facilities and relaxing areas . pleasant staff.
There was a swimming pool which was nice and the food was very nice, we got room service and it was suburb. Comfy beds and TV was modern so could get Netflix ect on it
They said the air con was broken , it was 32• in temp in our room, there was a desk fan in the room. Reception man said he would bring another one, never came , asked again,never came !

Comfortable, quiet rooms, stylish decoration, helpful and welcoming manager, extensive, delicious menu.
Nice pool and spa pool.
Some staff don’t smile and are not welcoming. Often hard to see or find staff at all. Plates, glasses etc. left for hours uncollected. Seats left with crumbs or grease on.
Limited range at bar, and some items not in stock.
Some paintwork and woodwork dated and shabby - in need of some renovation.
The room was far too hot. Night one sleep was uncomfortable as the air con was not working and one fan did not cut it. Night two with an additional fan was ok.
Breakfast was interesting. Stood waiting for 10
Minutes to be seated. Eventually walked to reception to raise no one was present. When in, we were asked to choose a table, except every table was dirty. We raised this and the server mumbled something about she would sort it, which she did, slowly and without any sort of urgency. She continued to walk around the restaurant like she had nothing to do, when there was clearly LOTS to do.
When at the breakfast foods, had to ask for multiple things to be topped up, as empty. Disappointing for £12 a head.

Shower door broken so there was a curtain. Tap on wall but loose. Needs some tlc

The air con was not working and the windows only opened about an inch each side of the double glazing. No one had shut the curtains so the room was over 30 degrees when I arrived. A small fan was provided but as we were in a heatwave it wasn’t very helpful
The staff at breakfast were run off their feet! So service wasn’t great and the pool area wasn’t very clean
the swimming and gym good even though needs modernising as tiles unsafe.
we were a family of 5 asl for rooms togeather yet our room different sides of the hotel was not good with kids
breakfast ok . staff polite but we could not be that happy as i had to treck back amd forth from rooms as its litterally was about 3 minute walk to get to my kids room. also no air con so not good in heat. our room had fridge amd water etc. but my kids room had no fridge no water.
rooms and bathrooms nice. but all hall and corriders in need od major refurbisment as it smells.
i know its not me just moaning as had a que of complaints at recpeption before we checked in
