The pool, the breakfast and decor, all great. Complimentary snacks and drinks was a great bonus.
Having water in the room. We were only given sparkling and the plain water was not replaced

Breakfast was really good and my room was comfortable.
There was a smell in my bathroom coming from the sink. I didn’t bother complaining about it because I was only in my room one night.
The hotel was comfortable and clean. We booked an accessible room, as my husband uses a wheelchair. This room was at the end of a long corridor, then had to get through 2 tight doors to get to the room. Not practical location for an accessible room.

The Bar area is nice
We booked a standard double room and were given a room in a lower floor which is half basement actually. These rooms should not be treated the same as upper level.
Staff were GREAT! They were helpful and friendly and we had a warm welcome. The car park is free if you stay and decor inside the atrium, restaurant and garden is really lovely and looks new. The bed was comfy and the room was big. There's a pool and gym with a baby change table in the changing room which is great. Not far from West Midlands Safari and Cadburys world.
It looked like the room wasn't completely cleaned. There was dust on the coffee machine and coffee tray and water left in the kettle. There was someone's shampoo in the shower (from a hair dye packet so obviously left there) and the carpet wasn't clean.
The pool is very run down! Tiles missing and sticking out, grout very very old and missing. The floor is very slippery. I assume it's quiet because there's only two loungers - fine for us because we don't have time to sit with kids and it was quiet when we went but if it's busier then it's got much left to be desired.
The location was good ,nice park close to walk the dogs. Friendly staff
