Pros:

Pleasant and comfortable.Very good free buffet veg breakfast with the package. I have suggested that on arrival there should be drinking water,coffee and milk, box of tissues complimentary available in the room

Poor Maintenance of the Hotel
Pros:

The pictures mentioned on the web, was different from the actual room I got, including the furnitures seen, and the bed, king size, was not given, it was small, single bed room.
The normal facilities like tissues in the room, were not kept. the dressing table mirror was very poor, the mirror was very old, lost its reflections. Rm 402.
There was no choice of food in the restaurant, only vegetarian was served, there was not a person eating at their restaurant.
The day I was departing the hotel, I ordered a cup of tea, eventhough it was mentioned as breakfast included, they charged me for a cup of tea, I did not take breakfast on 25th morning, but no receipt was given for the tea served.
The staff, in the hotel were very very noisy, throughout the night, they were shouting, and the location of the hotel was right by Railway track at the back, and under bridge traffic road in the front.
Reaching the Hotel, it was a night mare, we had to go round-about, for a distance to reach the hotel.

Hotel Naeeka - Personalized friendly service
Pros:

All the staff at Hotel Naeeka were fantastic. They made our holiday a special one. The Vegetarian Restaurant food was very good with excellent service. The hotel is central to everything and our autorickshaw driver from the hotel spoke good English. He went out of his way to show us the sights that we were particularly interested in. I would recommend this hotel to people wanting an authentic Indian experience.
