Für eine Nacht in Caen eine gute und preiswerte Option, wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat.
Pros:

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Bett für zwei Personen etwas schmal, ansonsten bequem. Gut war, dass es eine kleine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank gab. Parken auf dem eigenen Parkgelände hinter Schranke sehr gut. Das Stadtzentrum konnte man zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück stand erst fast eine Stunde nach dem angekündigten Termin zur Verfügung,

I think it is within walking distance of the city center. The woman at the front desk was friendly.

Cons:

They gave us a room that looked like it was straight out of the 90s, supposedly accessible for people with disabilities. I think the room hadn’t been used in over 10 years; the bugs on the sheets were dried up. The shower curtain was yellowed and everything smelled of mold. It was really surprising that the room we were given at this place which we assumed was a student dorm—was so odd. Yes the rooms look like the pictures but that’s just how they’re arranged…
