séjour agréable, personnel très sympathique, serviable et courtois
Pros:

Nous avons aimé : la qualité de la literie, la terrasse que nous avions au RDC (quand il fait beau, c'est très appréciable), le calme dans l'établissement et alentours, la situation géographique très avantageuse pour visiter le centre ville de Caen, le parking fermé et privatif, les consignes claires concernant l'hébergement (récupération du badge, horaires de fermeture de l'accueil, code d'accès au parking), le fait qu'il existe des distributeurs à la réception (café, nourriture), un coin machine à laver, et de manière générale l'implication du personnel dans l'accueil et l'entretien des lieux.

Cons:

Salle de bains : une fois la douche prise, l'eau se répand partout (le carrelage étant plat, le rideau ne suffisant pas pour retenir l'eau) ---> il existe des "receveurs de douche" en plastique qui permettrait d'éviter que la SDB ne devienne une piscine après usage. Manque de rangements pour les vêtements, la mise en place d'étagères suspendues de 30 cm max, (dans le couloir par exemple, repliables ou pas) ne coûterait pas grand chose. Il manque aussi cruellement un porte manteau dans le couloir (fixé au mur cela aurait été parfait). La vaisselle est un peu courte et les casseroles et poêles trop petites.

Chambre correct avec coin cuisine

Cons:

Rideau de douche sale, alarme incendie à 3hdu matin et personne de l hôtel sur place, bagarre à 1h du matin d un couple dans leur chambre et dans le couloir réveillant tout l étage. Inadmissible.

Tiene un poco de todo. La cocina equipada con lo mínimo necesario y se puede pedir algo más en la recepción
Tiene parking amplio y barato. La ubicación es un poquito alejada pero igual bien para ir caminando al centro

Cons:

Las camas son pequeñas . Pedí una habitación doble de dos camas y parecerían más camas de 80cm… lo que fue incómodo para dormir con la otra persona

Parking doté d'un nombre assez important de places facilement accessibles. Possibilité d'arriver n'importe quel jour à n'importe quelle heure. Propreté, confort et rapport qualité prix, à l'exception d'un nombre insuffisant de chaises (2 chaises fournies pour 4 personnes) et d'une table trop exigüe pour des repas petit-déjeuner à 4.

Pros:

Le lit était confortable de bonne taille

Cons:

Les coussins trop gros pas confortable il casse la nuque. Le fait de ne pas recevoir les instructions par mail aussi car mon téléphone avait un problème alors compliqué de récupérer les codes d’accès
