L abbondante colazione...il resto da rivedere

Cons:

Il complesso merita una ristrutturazione importante che lo renderebbe top. La posizione anche se centrale e un pochino distante dal centro. Va bene se usi mezzi pubblici tuttavia meno pee chi viene in macchina perché l entrata da solo su una via molto trafficata che necessita prima trovate un posto auto che tra l altro ho scoperto esservi sul piazzale dell adiacente chiesa, concordando il costo con il soggetto che si occupa del servizio di nome Adriano.

Purtroppo un’esperienza da non ripetere

Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking una camera matrimoniale per una notte in questo hotel 4 stelle. La struttura, vista dall’esterno e nelle parti comuni, è sicuramente molto bella e lascia ben sperare. Purtroppo, una volta arrivati in camera, l’esperienza è stata completamente diversa.

Ci viene assegnata una camera al terzo piano. Appena entriamo rimaniamo piuttosto sorpresi: la stanza è piccolissima, con mobili decisamente vetusti, la spalliera del letto mancante e il relativo segno ancora ben visibile sul muro. La doccia presentava inoltre guarnizioni mezze staccate e le finestre erano piccole, alte e del tipo “a bocca di lupo”, rendendo l'ambiente ancora più angusto e poco arieggiato.

La cosa che ci ha lasciati maggiormente perplessi è la differenza rispetto alle immagini pubblicate su Booking e, soprattutto, rispetto ai 25 mq dichiarati per la camera. Quella che ci è stata assegnata era tutto tranne che una camera di quelle dimensioni: sembrava più uno stanzino che una matrimoniale di un hotel 4 stelle. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, l'aria condizionata non funzionava e la stanza era molto calda e poco vivibile.

Dopo qualche minuto ci siamo chiesti seriamente se saremmo riusciti a trascorrere la notte in quelle condizioni e siamo quindi scesi alla reception chiedendo cortesemente un cambio camera.

Il ragazzo alla reception, dopo qualche minuto di attesa, è riuscito a trovarci un'altra sistemazione, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato, soprattutto considerando che l'hotel risultava essere al completo. La seconda camera era sicuramente migliore per dimensioni e soprattutto per le finestre. Peccato che anche in questa camera l'aria condizionata non funzionasse.

Fortunatamente, il receptionist è stato disponibile e ci ha fatto avere un grande ventilatore, che effettivamente ci ha permesso di riuscire a dormire abbastanza bene.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était complet sucré salé.
En tous cas, nous avons bien déjeuné, rien à dire. il y a la clim dans la chambre, un grand salle de bain avec tous les équipement. Le ménage était fait tous les jours. Nous étions à 7 arrêts du bus de la station DANTE et la rue TOLEDO, avec tous les magasins et restaurants Je retournerai à cet hôtel

Le petit déjeuner un plus car il y avait du sucré et salé, on était content de bien manger avant nos visites de la journée
