Relaxing stay, quiet at night.
Nothing- all positive.
Location fantastic
Staff pleasant, professional and helpful but hotel very obviously very understaffed
The location and the hotel building/facilities.
Staff were all very helpful.
Expensive drinks at the bar.
Insufficient staff numbers to cover customer demand at times.
Great position
Wonderful building in a fabulous location for walking, running and climbing
The only downside was it’s way too hot in the bedrooms that we struggled to sleep. Window open and radiator off and it was still way too warm
Hotel location
Parking facility.
Hotel roomsize.
Staff - some of the staff aren't friendly towards Asian guests. We didn't enjoy the stay overall. So, please avoid this hotel if you are Asian, or strictly avoid if you are Asian vegetarian.
Breakfast - we asked for cafe latte on day 1 & was told we are very busy can not serve it. On day 2 we went during quiet time for breakfast and then they said coffee machine is broken, can not serve latte.
Room - We asked for an another room with a better view then the parking lot view but we were told it's booking.com you need to contact. They can't do anything for us, we were celeberating wife's birthday & she wasn't happy at all.
Location
Food was average and a bit on the expensive side
Staff very accommodating

Having to book a time slot for breakfast

Location was really good.
Staff excellent.
Spotless
Food great
A lovely hotel in a fab location, and VERY dog friendly. Lovely beer garden. Reasonably priced, decent ale. Skinny fries were delicious as was breakfast. There have been moans about having to eat breakfast in the conservatory with your dog, and that being awkward because continental breakfast, orange juice, etc is in the restaurant supposedly some distance away, which is not the case, but in any case the staff was very helpful. I'd definitely visit again with or without my dog. My only struggle was the heat in the room and the windows locked down. We both struggled with sleep, though comfy bed and room.
Hot bedroom
Super dog friendly
Lovely staff
Pillows
Lovely location.
Having food in the conservatory and having to go find the staff, especially at breakfast. The dining room was well looked after but we had to go to the dining room to ask for service. Please look after the people with dogs who pay for the same service as those without dogs.⁸
