Staff are always very professional and friendly. I had an issue with my room and they moved me straight away. Great bar and grounds. Breakfast is very good.
The place was very welcoming when we arrived and the staff was very helpful, clean and tidy,
Swimming pool, hot tub was good and the fact we could use then when we like, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good.
Not enough bread with the pate could of done with anither slice
Cheese board not enough crackers, the staff did bring more when asked.
Beautiful place, very handy for the park and ride into Norwich.
Beds a touch firm for our liking and 1 of the beds in the room was lopsided
The breakfast was limited, the options were only fry up and cereal.
There was no place to sit after a certain time in the evening .
Great choice, n certain things cooked to order.
Would have liked my toast more toasted ( didn't want to risk it a second run), but there were croissants the next day instead.
Toast more toasted.
Helpfulness of staff. Attention to detail.

Swimming pool needs attention around the outside pool area
Breakfast vey good. Great selection.
Pool excellent. Great venue for a family and friends celebration. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Taylor, who looked after me and my party for my birthday celebration, was superb- attentive to my needs, great with the 2 young girls, lovely friendly manner, helped make it a great evening.
My husband uses a mobility scooter. The 2nd evening the lift needed to take us back to our room 241 was out of order. No problem then, but next morning still not working and we had to get him up to breakfast and go home. I was told at reception to go through the fire doors to get to the car park and access reception that way. Unfortunately, there were steps to negotiate after we’d gone through the fire doors. My husband had to get off his scooter and, with him holding onto the rail with one hand and lifting the front of the scooter, we were able to get it up the steps, although difficult for me having to hold the back of the scooter. and take most of the weight . Surely there should be clear directions for people similarly disadvantaged to be able to exit the building . He would not have been able to do so, if he had been on his own.
