Great location, close to Norwich city centre by car and easy access to coast
Some noise from guests overnight, reported to reception
Convenient location, nice grounds, bar terrace
Comfortable room

Good breakfast, lots of variety
Pool, sauna, steam room facility

A few minor issues that we wouldn't expect from 4* hotel/spa/golf resort and price paid ~
Hospitality tray in room very limited in amount of tea, coffee, biscuits provided.
No glasses provided for water or in bathroom
AC/Heating controls difficult to operate, could not see instructions
Reception area for Pool/Gym needs some urgent updating. Very dingy, marked paint, etc.
The hotel reception staff where very helpful , as were all the staff. The room was very clean, quite location and the bed was so comfortable. The swimming pool was amazing and the area so clean. The food was really good ,
no problem with Breakfast or dinner good food and service . bed was a little hard
for Disabled guests , not enough information on how to get from A to B example how to get to the pool
how to get to the garden with wheelchair. reception gave very little help .

The facilities and rural location.
Everything was fine.
Stunning hotel & great grounds
A little dated & a poor camp bed we requested for our daughter. Dreadful mattress
the grounds were lovely and staff fixed serval issues we had quickly
For the price we paid we expected more luxery, also what was advertised wasn't offered, the choice in the mini bar was poor. Wasn't impressed with the food on offer.
Breakfast. Was very good lots of selection of food, kind friendly and helpful
We ate evenings in the bar area which again was friendly with kind
Helpful and polite staff
I was totally satisfied with my experience staying at Dunston
The whole weekend was very relaxed the staff were always so helpful and polite, we were celebrating my husbands 70th birthday, not much for young children to do but was expecting that, would definitely return
I don’t like coffee from machines but everywhere is doing that now ! Having to go down in the lift to have to go up again was a bit of a nuisance as we had a pram it couldn’t be avoided, but it wasn’t a problem and it didn’t spoil our stay
