Great location and handy for Norwich and the Broads
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and great grounds for walking the dog.

Cons:

Long walk from reception to bedroom: along a corridor, down one level, along another corridor and up two levels.

Not the stay we hoped for.
Pros:

The grounds looked nice and the main entrance looked very grand apon approaching.

Cons:

We couldn't get into the pool as it was full. We were going to try the next day in the early morning, but we had a bad night's sleep. The guest next door came back to their room very loudly at 3.25am and proceeded to bang around their room even throwing something at the adjoining wall. Then went outside their room banging twice on their door. So we were unable to try the pool in the morning before leaving, as we were exhausted. Half an hour before breakfast finished the trays were pretty much empty and the chef wasn't really interested. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the bedroom chairs needed vacuuming as they were very dusty.

Overly priced. We stayed at the lowery hotel the next night in Manchester for £7 less than our room cost and the differe
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Room heating didn’t work, very dated furniture and decor in the bedrooms. En-suite was of a low standard, broken bath panel failed silicone, toilet roll holder hanging off. Dog poo left on our patio area. Pool was poor with tiles lifting, dirty grout and run down changing facilities. Lighting in the room was poor making it difficult for my wife to do her make up. Hair dryer supplied with attachments that didn’t fit that hair dryer.

Could be much better if I could sleep.
Pros:

Facilities, cleanness, SPa

Cons:

That room 322 was a nightmare to sleep, laud noise, looks a mechanical equipment, every few minutes in and out.
