Everything was perfect especially the location.

The hotel balances its traditional, grand Arabian aesthetic with exceptional hospitality, featuring spacious rooms and a renowned breakfast buffet. The hotel and rooms were newly renovated, giving you the luxury needed after a prayer day. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating to your needs. A true pleasurable experience.

Location is amazing rooms is very old and the price of the rooms very high as the condition of the rooms .there is noise . Service is good Amenities is bad .
And i didn’t see anything from the haram

Nice hotel but a little dated. Only bad thing was the food - except in the coffee shop in the pizza area. The room seevice burger was horrible horrible. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, across the road from the haram, especially close to the ladies section.

We had 2, 2 bedroom suites, very large and comfortable rooms.

The hotel staff are absolutely amazing, very welcoming and take care of anything and everything.

The breakfast buffet has a huge selection, eggs and pancake station made to order, all tastes catered for.

A special mention to Fahad Khan and his team at breakfast, they were absolutely amazing in looking after my family, can’t thank them enough for the special treatment they provided.

Great place to stay when in Medina.

Unfortunately, my stay at Dar Al Iman InterContinental Madinah was far below expectations, especially considering the spiritual nature of our Umrah trip.

Daily maintenance drilling noise from around 4 PM to 9 PM made rest and relaxation very difficult, and there was little apparent consideration for guests seeking a peaceful spiritual stay.

Breakfast service was also disappointing. Although it officially ends at 10:00 AM, when we arrived around 9:30–9:40 AM many dishes were already empty and not replenished. In a five-star hotel, full service should remain available until closing time.

My daughter has severe food allergies (gluten, dairy protein, nuts, soy, legumes). A simple request for eggs cooked in olive oil in a separate pan to avoid cross-contamination was declined, forcing us to order food externally.

Housekeeping was inconsistent unless specifically requested via the operator, which is unexpected for a hotel of this category where daily cleaning should be standard.

There was also an uncomfortable sense that tips were expected for nearly every minor service, which affected the overall guest experience.

Additionally, repeated attempts to meet a duty manager regarding these issues and a late checkout request were unsuccessful; I was eventually advised to contact the operator instead.

Finally, mechanical noise in the room (ventilation, air conditioning, and other sounds) further impacted comfort. I documented this on video.

Given the hotel’s pricing, reputation, and five-star rating, the overall experience did not meet expected standards.

I give 5 star rating to Mr Mohammad Muteir, the Front Desk Supervisor who was extremely helpful and made our stay worthwhile

Excellent hotel for Omra experience as it is feet away from masjid nabawi. Very useful for elderly people
Great customer experience with very nice people in all departments: cleaning reception guest services and good food both in the restaurant and in room dining with great prices
One major issue is that rooms are really old and require deep refurbishment: windows do not lock well and carpets and bathrooms require deep refurbishment
Otherwise very recommended and hope next time it will be modernized

central location near all activities and transportation means… great atmosphere in the hotel …
clean rooms on haram view with very good view…all services in the hotel were great and available all the time

They helped us with everything where we had some inconvenience with the reservations but they helped us out and everything went well

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Mr. Muhammad checked us in at the counter and was extremely warm, kind, and welcoming. Our family was very appreciative of his hospitality. Will most certainly stay here again.

I am staying at Dar Al Aman Medinah with my family as part of my Umrah trip. The experience has been great thus far. Just came back from breakfast. Both the food and service was amazing. Fahad Khan took great care of my family at the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Location was Perfect. Alhamdulliah been at this hotel 3 times now . Housekeeping was amazing . The service from all staff was impeccable. They would smile as you approach them . Thank you so much Abdullah the housekeeper was outstanding. He was outstanding . Housekeeping requests were prompt efficient and most of all the service from the housekeepers was 10/10 .

I had an exceptional stay at InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madina. The facilities were outstanding, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the overall ambiance made my visit truly memorable. I want to especially thank Suhad, the Guest Relations Manager, for her incredible cooperation and support throughout my stay. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made everything smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing.
We came as a family with three young children.
The hotel was very accommodating and easily accessible.
We were greeted by Mr. Mohammed Balooshi, who made us feel very welcome and catered to all our needs throughout our stay. The whole family was very happy, and we can’t wait to go back.
