Our stay at PortoBay Teatro in Porto was absolutely fantastic. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived; warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member made us feel taken care of.
The location was perfect for exploring Porto. We could walk everywhere easily — the waterfront, restaurants, shopping, historic sites, and the beautiful streets of the city were all within reach.
The breakfast each morning was also excellent. The buffet had a great selection with plenty of fresh, high-quality options, and the coffee was genuinely outstanding. A perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore Porto.
