The Hotel delivered our expectations, for the price paid.
Pros:

Excellent location for the centre of Highworth, particularly for concerts at the Church, which is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There were two high backed fireside chairs in the hallway and the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast juices were orange or apple with a cereal buffet and full English breakfast. Great value.

Cons:

There is no lift at the hotel and our room was on the 2nd floor. Perhaps the requirement for accessible rooms should be selectable on the booking form and then greyed-out if none are available.

Cons:

Did not have a hair dryer in the room, I’m sure if I’d have asked I would have been provided with one so no problem!

The only main issue is the tight space when heading to the car park area, it is super small and tight so a good warning to customers would be great before arriving.

A lovely friendly hotel, we will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious and really warm. Both the bedroom and the ensuite were very clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Another set of towels would have been good. We only stayed one night so it didn't matter too much but if we had been staying longer, and checked in earlier, we would have asked for some more.

A very pleasant stay, beautiful big room and friendly staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely and served in their bright, beautiful conservatory. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everyone on the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Cons:

The room was somewhat cold because someone left the window open, but luckily, extra blankets were provided. Parking was a bit awkward as the hotel is on a very busy road, but that's unavoidable.
