Lovely comfy stay close to everything
Pros:

Super lovely room and kind staff in the reception. Location close distance to restaurants, cafes, etc. super comfy bed!

Cons:

Note they lock the door at night and you need to knock to get the attention of the staff, however it’s not an issue!

Pros:

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel staff was super kind and helpful. They even helped us get a SIM card directly through them, which made setting up our connection easy.

The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff's genuine warmth and attention to detail made our trip truly special. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Good choice for space and location
Pros:

Really good space in the room (Exec Suite) that suited us for a longer stay. Wifi was good for working online. Location was fantastic- easy walk to Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake but far enough away to be a different feel and less hectic. Nice helpful reception staff and doorman was lovely ☺️ Amazing restaurants nearby for famous Bit Tet steak, chicken noodles and desserts. We found a friendly Bia Hoi nearby so we were happy as pigs in mud. Would be happy to overlook the minor shortcomings of the property for the good value*, space and location.
** We stayed 18 nights and in low season

Cons:

Room had a kitchenette but it had nothing except two wine glasses- apparently no longer to be used for cooking (weren’t told until we arrived) which was fine but having basics like plates, cutlery and glasses would be nice for takeaways etc. Not very clean when we arrived- ended up purchasing our own cleaning products and giving kitchen and bathroom a good once over. Breakfast was adequate but underwhelming with two very disengaged staff who spent most of their time sitting in the kitchen floor on their phones.

The a/c
It is old and does not produce cool air. Even after running for a long time, it just blows air without cooling. The bed is in the corner away from the ac which makes it worse. Left early because it was stuffy in the room. All their rooms have similar old ac so changing room didn't help. They should seriously revamp or atleast clean the acs. Missing such a basic thing in the hot weather makes it very hard.

A boutique hotel in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Wandering the nearby streets gave us a glimpse of older Vi
Pros:

The beds were so comfy and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot humid weather.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. They organised a day trip to HaLong bay at the front desk.

Hôtel parfait pour visiter le vieux quartier d'Hanoï en famille!
Pros:

Chambre familiale très confortable ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter le vieil Hanoï et personnel aux petits soins
Chambre propre chaque jour et bouteilles d'eau à disposition chaque matin.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas fourni et pas qualitatif. Mieux vaut aller dans un café il y en a partout dans le quartier !
Climatisation compliquée à régler dans les 2 pièces.
Ascenseur en panne quand nous y étions. Il y a 14 étages...
