Hôtel parfait pour visiter le vieux quartier d'Hanoï en famille!
Pros:

Chambre familiale très confortable ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter le vieil Hanoï et personnel aux petits soins
Chambre propre chaque jour et bouteilles d'eau à disposition chaque matin.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas fourni et pas qualitatif. Mieux vaut aller dans un café il y en a partout dans le quartier !
Climatisation compliquée à régler dans les 2 pièces.
Ascenseur en panne quand nous y étions. Il y a 14 étages...

Отличный отель, рекомендую
Pros:

Персонал замечательны, располагающий. Завтраки вкусный, хоть и чуть дорого. Есть услуга постирать одежду в отеле. Всегда читать, уборка каждый день + смена полотенец. Помогают и подсказывают куда сходить что посмотреть в городе.

Cons:

Во вторую ночь сломался кондиционер, с него капала вода. На утро нас переселили. Больше проблем не возникало!

En tarif promotionnel , correct pour une nuit, pas plus.

L'emplacement,
La chambre, au calme à l'arrière de l'immeuble,
Le staff à l'accueil

Cons:

Hormis le lobby qui présente bien, cet hôtel est désuet, les paliers sont sinistres, bref un vieux bâtiment.
Petit déjeuner absolument médiocre avec un personnel qui ne se sent absolument pas concerné ( tables non débarrassées, réassortiment non fait, aliments exposés en pleine chaleur.... )

Pros:

Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda con sábanas deluxe y todo muy limpio, el baño quizás un pelín pequeño pero bien. Aire acondicionado y agua caliente y presión.

Cons:

Deberían mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones con mejores ventanas, en la calle de delante hay un colegio y en la parte de detrás una obra y fue bastante molesto descansar durante el día a pesar de estar en la planta 10 (por la noche sin problema, pero a tener en cuenta que el ruido comienza muy temprano por la mañana).

très bonne adresse pour un court séjour, ressourçant, à Hanoï

A happy return to Flower Boutique Hotel and Travel
Pros:

This was a return visit to an hotel we really liked staying in earlier on in our travels and we knew we were going to enjoy staying there just as much. From the exceptionally warm and helpful, friendly staff across the board to the facilities and comfort of the room, and the good breakfast, we were not disappointed. We also stayed in a more superior room which was even better
