Room 203... (Sept 13-28)

My 2nd experience with Savoy Crest continued where I left off from the first.
Although the room I had this time was the studio with balcony which suit me well to my needs (Thank you Bilal)


Again, I have not ran into any difficulties during my stay and a huge thank you to the entire staff once again for the superb service.

It was ok. You get what you pay for. The room was comfortable but was in need of a refresh, some mold in the bathroom etc. all of the towels smelled bad. Every day new towels and even the pool towels and they all had an odd smell. I spoke to front desk but nothing was done I guess it's just the way the storage cupboard smells. They use rubbing alcohol to clean and sanitize the rooms and that leaves a strong residual smell as well. If you are at all sensitive to smells this is not the place for you. The gym was decent and clean. Staff were all very nice and friendly

The hotel is based in a residential area and it’s quite a walk (15 mins) to Burjuman mall. All the main restaurants are around the mall area.

The hotel itself is very clean and staff and very helpful.
