The staff was very good. I would like to have had a less noisy mattress.
Pros:

it was quite nice. area was clean and items refreshed on a regular basis

Cons:

the bed was very noisy. I'm not sure how to describe it. The mattress crinkled and crunched with every movement.

Will stay again, staff accommodating. Location right off of the e-way, within minutes of hospital.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. We had a medical emergency during our stay and they were extremely accommodating with our needs. The breakfast was phenomenal.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The tissues and toilet paper were not changed before our stay. And they could have sent up more towels, blankets for the amount of people in the room.

If this issue continues on my next trip I may find another hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast room and all were fine

Cons:

The Sysco truck pulling in at 4:20am and creating a TON of noise was disappointing as it woke me up over 2 hours early. It sounded like they were bouncing boxes off their metal floor and at a point had me concerned someone ran into a car. I understand they have a set delivery time but surely they can do a better job being quiet????
