Your company lost out on a decent amount of money due to your managers attitude.

Cons:

Manger of the Hotel was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The lady at the check in counter was trying to fix our reservation when the manager walked out and told my partner and I that we should find another hotel. I felt like we were treated poorly and his attitude was very unprofessional. We had actually planned on extending our stay, but your managers attitude and biased (we are a same sex couple) attitude cost your company a decent amount of money

Great stay overall
Pros:

Front desk staff friendly and informative. Clean all around. Pool a bit chilly, but kids didn't care. Breakfast staff/service and selection were all very nice and plentiful. We did not make special requests at breakfast, but we witnessed others who did and staff was quick to accomodate. Would book again.

We've stayed at multiple Hampton Inns, but this one really nailed it out of the park.
Pros:

Very clean & modern facility, staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, and the little perks like free bottled water, fresh cookies and tootsie rolls really made the family happy!

Cons:

Not much at all. The pool had a strong chemical smell and several family members complained of itchy skin after using it, but otherwise an excellent stay.
