Disappointed member from digital check in switcharoo
Cons:

As a Hilton member I used the digital check in to select my room, it was importation to me as someone with claustrophobia. When I go to the hotel it said I had a different room. Instaed of 2nd floor it was 3 rd floor. And it was between rooms. Was suppose to be 224 and it turned into 305. When I talked to the desk in person they said they switched the rooms because there was a large group that wanted to be together and there was nothing that could be done. After driving for 9 hours I did not have the desire to sit and debate as she obviously had already made up her mind and I would not be getting anything else about it. For 191 dollars a night I was definitely disappointed in my Hilton stay. After resigning my self to this issue the people upstairs stomped loudly most of the night. again I need sleep and we slept thru it so we tolerated it. things just did. It go well for this stay and I do t think the front desk cared about it

Sketchy Area
Pros:

Hotel and room were fine for one night while traveling. Be aware that No. Knoxville isn’t the best area. As soon as we got off the highway to head to the hotel it was pretty evident. I felt insecure enough to lock items in our trunk that had been in the back seat.

Great location for exploring all of Knoxville!
Pros:

This Hampton was really exceptional as the service both at check in and during breakfast was fast, friendly and efficient. Also, the location is excellent for touring Knoxville while being reasonably priced. Would recommend staying here!

The staff was very good. I would like to have had a less noisy mattress.
Pros:

it was quite nice. area was clean and items refreshed on a regular basis

Cons:

the bed was very noisy. I'm not sure how to describe it. The mattress crinkled and crunched with every movement.

Wonderful stay 😁
Pros:

Probably the nicest Hampton we've ever stayed in and we use them often. Beautifully decorated. Clean, comfortable. Baskets of bottled water, fresh fruit, iced tea , candy in the lobby all of the time plus the hot breakfast buffet. They even had scones!! 😁
