We stayed at Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa for three nights and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond—at one point, they even offered to take my wife by bike to pick up a pizza from Domino’s! That level of care is rare and truly appreciated.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi and close to everything you need. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety and thoughtful touches. For our early departure, they prepared a customized breakfast box, which was incredibly convenient.

While the bathroom could use a little updating, the overall experience was fantastic thanks to the warm hospitality and central location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and easy access to Hanoi’s attractions.

This hotel is located at the old quarter so it’s accessible to the food markets, souvenir shops, and tourist attractions like the train street, and lake.

Their breakfast buffet is okay — not much food to choose from but it was delicious and good.

The room is nice and we had the 11th floor room with balcony. At first, they gave us the wrong room since there is no balcony like what we booked. My boyfriend came down to ask and thankfully, the lady from the front office is always there to help us.

Also, it’s so easy to book a grab or bolt around the area which is nice.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer but I’m sure that we will come back to this hotel in our next trip to Hanoi.

Only stayed here for 1 night cause our plan changed last minute however the experience here was exceptional. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. They were trying to accommodate our sudden change of check out time and late check in. The bed is comfy, the room is quite old however it’s super clean. Located in Old quarter but the street isn’t so small so pretty convenient .The price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Extremely old and badly maintained place. Room uncleaned after a long day out, recurring clogged toilets, old and mouldy shower curtains, unhygienic place not recommended at all!

We turned up and told our room was not available and that they would put us up in a similar room nearby. It was nothing like the description of the room we were expecting. It seems like this is not the first time it had happened looking at the reviews.

From the very beginning, this hotel was a big fail. Weeks before arrival, I confirmed in an email with the hotel's sales manager that the room would have two beds. Upon arrival, we had to wait for housekeeping staff to separate the bed into two and make them up. "Executive city view" is a joke. The room overlooks the back a bunch of old apartments. Only in the distance can you see two high rise buildings. There was a disturbing black "something" on the shower curtain. Spa personnel were very unfriendly and we went elsewhere. There is not enough seating for breakfast in the dining area. This happened both mornings. I sent a message to the sales manager via Expedia (how we corresponded previously) and received no response. There are many other places to stay in Hanoi. Skip this one.

Kind staff, great location, however things are a little run down. Breakfast buffet wasn’t nice either, better off going out. They offered lots of services as well, but were all priced at double what you could get outside of the hotel. We booked a King bed, but found it was just 2 x double beds put together, so had that ridge in the middle of the bed. Didn’t matter overall, though, as the bed was so huge

We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful & our room was great. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The location was perfect, so close to great food spots.

The property is well located, close to good restaurants and several tourist attractions that you can walk to. The hotel was the best I have stayed at in Hanoi. Michael contacted us as soon as we made the reservation and he took care of us as if we were family. He really loves the work he does and does everything with a lot of love. We felt his care and love in every detail that he took care of. We had some setbacks along the way, and Michael made himself available to fix everything and did so. It was the best experience I have had so far while traveling, even though I have traveled to more than 15 countries. Congratulations on having such a wonderful employee. I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

We booked 4 months in advance as we knew this would be a busy time in December. They contacted me on the day of my booking to say there was an electricity issue with our family room. We were then offered a much cheaper hotel in exchange. It was obvious that there was no issue and that they were able to sell our room to somebody willing to pay more than us. This left us stranded at 8pm with not much choice but to take the low end hotel in a completely different area. It looks like they do this to people all the time so don’t book this hotel

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a super convenient location surrounded by shopping and dining options, as well as close to many attractions.The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers a delicious breakfast to start your day. The front desk staff—Andrew, David, and Michael—are incredibly friendly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless stay. Additionally, the hotel offers fantastic day tours at great prices, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Our stay at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa was a very pleasant and comforting experience. I would like to mention Michael and Brian at the reception were super amazing and accommodating. Michael helped us book tours to Ha Long Bay and Sapa at the last minute at an affordable cost. Since we booked tours through Ja Cosmo Hotel, Michael updated our room to a jumbo size family room at no extra cost :) Wi-Fi was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay again at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa :)

I liked everything. This is a small hotel in an old building at an affordable cost. I can't complain much.

We're really enjoy to stayed in this hotel which is very comfortable hotel, friendly staffs, very convenient with all service as room service 24 hours / 24 hours + transportation + special great tours service. we booked the Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night + their rooms + transportation that all service of them was exceptional and perfect. we will definitely comeback on next year !

Really good location. The room is big , exceptionally clean . Breakfast was great . The staff were friendly and very nice .
They offered us the tour with reasonable price and great service .

Sorry this place is really dirty, noisy, and old. It’s not what you see on pictures. They also gave my room away and offer me something else saying “ upgrade “ but it’s not!
Staff was nice but other than that I would not recommend this place to anyone or can you even call it a 4 star rating! 👎
