Under construction noisy dirty no hair dryer in room NO tv remote! Yellow sheets shower door didn't close leaked water onto floor very slippery and dangerous

Me encantó la ubicación, la atención del personal fue excepcional y la comida estuvo deliciosa. Y la visita del restaurante era maravillosa.

Está muy bien ubicado, pero si necesita programar mejor su mantenimiento. No funcionaba el gym (no fue notificado). El elevador tampoco funcionó durante un rato. La habitación requiere de mayor limpieza, donde ponen las toallas esta sucio.

They advertise a gym, but they don’t have one. They also have advertisement in the elevators about a fancy restaurant on the 10th to view to the Chapultepec gardens, but this is also a lie as they have just started building this restaurant. I feel this hotel relies on fake advertisement and that is disappointing and outrageous! They said the hotel was in renovation, then this should be clearly stated to avoid experiences like mine.
Not a good experience. Took forever to check in, in the reception which was being remoddeled. My colleague got breakfast included, I didn't although we had been booked at the same time, and the price was the same. Room was equipped with ancient furniture, there was no hot water in the hand basin and the mirror fell from the wall, as it wasn't properly attached. Garbage can in the room was not emptied during the stay. Asked to have some clothes cleaned, that took a lot of convincing. Breakfast - which I had to pay separately - was pretty bad, with a completely indifferent service. Almost reminds me of hotel in Donetsk, Ukraine back in 1998. Never again!

Estuve hospedada 4 noches, estaban haciendo remodelaciones y había mucho polvo y suciedad en el lobby. El aire acondicionado y el internet fallaron varias veces durante mi estadía
Hotel in construction. Main amenities closed such as gym and restaurant upstairs. Rooms are old and hallways need paint asap. Quite expensive for $150 per night. For that price you get a new, clean property with amenities.
