Pros:

Très bel hôtel.
Nous avons séjourné en demi pension. Le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner était très bien, varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
La chambre est propre et confortable.
Les piscines sont très chouettes, notre fille a beaucoup aimé la piscine avec les toboggans pour enfant.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top. Restaurant, boutique et plage à proximité.
Si nous revenons à Ténérife, nous resterons plus longtemps dans ce bel hôtel.

Cons:

Un peu de bruit la nuit. Mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien.

Pros:

We had such an amazing stay that my child actually cried when we got home, asking to go back to Tenerife 😂.
The restaurant service was great, everything was very clean, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The daily activities were fun and well organized, and the team really made an effort to keep everyone entertained.
My child especially loved the mini disco and the evening shows—they were the highlight of her days.
We had a fantastic holiday and are so happy we chose this hotel. We’ll definitely be back next time. Thank you to all the staff—you’re amazing!

Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es schon einen Spielbereich für Kinder und auch im Restaurant. Die Pools sind beheizt und es gibt viele tolle Rutschen, auch für Kleinkinder. Das von uns nur genutzte Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr nett. Wir hatten nur ein "günstiges Zimmer" in Richtung Hotelparkplatz, aber von diesem könnte man auch die Berge und das Meer sehen, völlig ausreichend. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Es gab auch einen größeren Pool, an dem vorwiegend Erwachsene lagen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist in Richtung Schnellstraße innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Sandstrand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Loved the location of the hotel, very child friendly. Everything was very clean and the room very comfortable. All the staff was super nice and made our stay very enjoyable!

Recepcija, Mr. Lorenzo je izvrstan recepcioner, sve pohvale! Ljubazan, nasmijan, od velike pomoći.

Hrana je izvrsna i ima veoma raznolik izbor kod doručka i večere. Sve uvijek svježe, fino i ukusno. Hrana se kontinuirano nadopunjuje novom. Osoblje u restoranu izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek od pomoći.

Spremačice su uvijek odlično pospremile sobu.

Bazen i sunčalište sa ležaljkama, uredno, čisto. Dostupni su i ručnici za bazen. Animacija, uključujući ples, pikado za djecu, kreativne radionice, te tombola. Toaleti uvijek čisti i sve dostupno.

Teretana odlična u sklopu hotela, ima sve potrebne sprave za vježbanje, vodu za piće i ručnike.

Pitka voda na svakome katu dostupna za nadopunjavanje.

Izvrsna lokacija, prvi red do mora, odmah do plaže i šetnice. U okolici mnogobrojni restorani, barovi, trgovina, itd. Veoma sigurna lokacija.

Imali smo dostupan parking ispred hotela, po 10 EUR po danu.

Lakoća pristupa sobama/baru/teretani pomoću narukvica. Odlična aplikacija na mobitelu za praćenje sobe, osobne potrošnje i svega.

Bili smo gosti sa djetetom od 6 mjeseci starosti, i nikakva buka se nije čula - veoma mirna lokacija i miran hotel.

Hotel je puno bolji uživo nego na slikama!

Opet ćemo se vratiti u ovaj hotel!

Madrac na jednom krevetu je bio nešto istrošen. Nismo imali bračni krevet, već dva odvojena kreveta koja su bili spojeni

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Iberostar Bouganville Playa in Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from every day. Each meal felt like a treat! Our room had a breathtaking view that we will never forget – waking up to such scenery was truly special.

We were also very impressed with how clean everything was. The rooms were spotless and carefully maintained every day, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to spend our next vacation here!
