La lift se asteapta foarte mult,sunt 4 lifturi dar sistemul este prost gandit! Oamenii cazati acolo,coboara dimineata devreme (4-5) si ocupa sezlonguri,in conditia in care piscina se deschide la ora 10:00,dar la ora 9-10 nu mai este nici un sezlong liberl la niciuna dintre piscine, chiar daca oamenii nu sunt acolo! 😔

The location was super nice, at the sea. The kids swimming pools were great for our 4 year old son. All the pools were heated. The food was tasty and varied day by day which was great. The selection of snacks and beverages was also good. All the hotel staff we interacted with were super nice and polite. Everything was very clean. We really had a great time!

El personal del hotel es súper amable, en especial las personas que trabajaban en la zona de restaurante y en la limpieza.
Muchas actividades eran en inglés debido al gran número de turistas extranjeros que tiene el hotel
Just perfect, we were so happy with the hotel, definitely recommend and we will be back for sure! Even tho we had a romantic holiday kids around weren’t a problem, definitely it’s worth to upgrade to prestige when Checking In, you get higher floor and access to lounges with lovely sunbeds, free bar and snacks, rooftop jacuzzi and sunbeds. Loads of activities during the day for kids and adults, aqua gym, Pilates, kids camp! Amazing for couples and big families too🫶🏻 staff was friendly and helpful, wish we had few more weeks there!
