Perfect
Pros:

The staff are lovely and very accommodating, Rooms were spacious with the most amazing sea views, location is just a stroll across the road to the Pacific Fair Shopping centre and the trams, this is our second time staying at Bel air, we will be back!!!

Very dated which does not make it value for money
Pros:

The staff were great and the location was handy to walk to everything we needed to do.

Cons:

It was very dated in particular the beds were obviously 2 single mattresses pushed together so you could feel the gap. The top blanket was very old and felt stiff making it uncomfortable.

Perfect location for a traveller without a vehicle. The Bel-Air is right behind a main tram and bus depot.
Pros:

The one bedroom was the perfect size. Well equipped for home meals and well decorated

Generally a pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was near the Star casino, and pacific fair. Public transport across the street was a bonus. Beach a short walk. Pool was amazing. Staff very helpful

Cons:

The overall apartment was a bit dated, shower over bath challenging as I had knee surgery. Carpets needed cleaning

A good get away location
Pros:

Location to Broadbeach, free parking, pool, fitness & spa, as well as onsite coffee shop. Close to shops and beach.

Cons:

Nothing really. Property is a little dated now and while the unit I stayed in had been updated. The lounge was old and a little uncomfortable.
Construction noise from new developments also took away from the enjoyment of being able to sit on the little balcony during the day.
