We would like to back again!
Pros:

Good location and nice room and view.

Cons:

The only thing we thought was bad was the bathroom which was very basic.

Being public holidays no one was at reception so we spoke to a cleaner she said they would come and clean our bathroom but unfortunately no one came, my husband cleaned it for me

Great facilities, rooms a bit tired

We liked the pool and outside facilities

Cons:

Didn't like: we had to ask for more toilet paper (twice), there was only enough dishwashing powder for 1 use of the dishwasher, same with washing machine powder and dish liquid.
There were four of us staying, but the living area only had a couch that fit 3 people.
The twin room only had a fan, no air-conditioning.
We had a shade sail outside our bedroom and when it got windy at night it got so loud flapping and cracking that we could not sleep - it was like someone was moving furniture around all night.

Pros:

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment, nice city view from the balcony.
Beds were comfy.
Easy access to city and beach
Great pool and lots of sun loungers
Directly opposite train line to go into surfers paradise

Cons:

Gym is very small for the size of the hotel

Check in is after 3pm but reception is closed from 3pm on a Sunday.. this was backwards and very frustrating as we had to ring multiple people to gain access to our apartment

Cons:

no air conditioning in bedroom. air-conditioning didn't reach bedroom. Had to move bed to lounge room to sleep as there were no fans in the bedroom either. Shower door falling apart. No air conditioning in building. Lifts were like a sauna. Parking was ridiculous.

The location was good, close to the beach, various restaurants and shopping at Pacific Fair.

Building works going on just across the road from the pool area. Starting at 6am every morning. Ruined relaxing by the pool!

Good location. Clean but small with no extras.
Pros:

Location. Close to the main shopping centre and the tram. For younger people a restaurant strip was walkable. It was generally clean and what we needed in the kitchen. Basically everything you needed but no extra.

Cons:

We were disappointed that there was only one day's worth of dishwasher and laundry detergent. Only one tiny bin in the kitchen with no extra bags. We were very disappointed about the view. We were on the second floor and couldn't see a thing because of trees. I wish this was made known during booking. While parking is available it is very confusing and hard to find one that is not a owned by a resident. Quite tight, I wouldn't be comfortable in anything above a small SVU. The gym is super tiny and not a lot of weights. Washing machine was mouldy. Pillows were flat and no extras.
