Good
Pros:

Facilities were great, spacious rooms and excellent location. Staff very helpful!

Cons:

I paid for an upgrade on booking.com, however the room I was originally given when we arrived was not the correct one so we had to go back down to reception and they determine their system did not align with booking.com, but staff corrected this issue and gave us a different room straight away.

A very substandard room overlooking a building site. I spoke with reception and they changed our room that was cleaner and had a better view.
The photos on booking.com to not represent what is actually there.
The room are very dated and over the five night stay no servicing of room.
