Cons:

It was old, no renovations had been done to the rooms themselves and the construction over the road meant you couldn’t even sit on the balcony to enjoy breakfast or a coffee without it being loud.

Just the basics
Pros:

The location at Broadbeach was good for our appointments and within walking distance to the Pacific Fair Shops, Cinema restaurants, casino, Dracula and several blocks to the beach. The price was reasonable, just for a basic stay.

Cons:

Finding the reception on GC Road is challenging, but with a little effort to navigate around roadwork, it's achievable. We stayed in the center tower, in a top-floor studio overlooking the busy Gold Coast Road, with the tram station directly opposite. The studio resembled a hotel room rather than a typical unit, though some furniture modernization is needed; the bedside tables lack reading lights, and the bathroom requires upgrades due to plumbing issues. The main light switch was difficult to locate, as it was covered in tape, but there was a remote control that managed the lights and fan. Don't expect any luxury amenities—however, it offers a straightforward, convenient stay.
