Feel like a Prince at Bel Air
Pros:

The location was over the road from the Broadbeach South station, so public transport was easily accessible. Staff were polite. The resort felt upper-class. The resort was clean & tidy.

Having to go home.

Lack of cutlery and glasses in the room.
Although it was a studio there was a toaster but no knife to butter your toast and no plates. Also only one drinking glass but two guests staying in the room.

Good spot close to most things easy access to transport etc

Spa cool cold on 2nd day , maybe my fault but thought we would get clean towels but had to request them ,, dryer don’t work, we notified reception

Pros:

Location was great, close to shops, beach, public transport. Bed was comfortable and I really liked the bathroom had a separate toilet.

Cons:

The place did need some tlc and some cleaning. I did find the receptionist didn’t really want to be there and wasn’t helpful.
