Nice place in greenery. Not too far from city center.
Pros:

Het zwembad en ligweide zijn uitstekend. Buitendouche aan vernieuwing toe. De kamers zijn ruim maar terrasmeubilair is ook aan vernieuwing toe.

Cons:

Het ontbijtbuffet kan beter. De receptie is weinig bemand. Bike rental ontbreekt.

Pros:

It is a bit of a blast from the past. Beautiful gardens, nice, big swimming pool, big room with a terrace overlooking the gardens, hand-painted elevator doors. Must have been one of the very top hotels in Ticino.

Cons:

More plugs in the room. 24 hour front desk. Did not subtract from a great stay.
