Pros:

La chambre est très grande, propre, calme et avec un joli coin terrasse. Bon petit déjeuner. Très belle piscine.

Cons:

Pas de personnel le matin et le soir à la réception et très peu d'informations sur les transports jusqu'au centre ville. Lors de notre départ, personne à la réception. Navette gratuite trois fois par jour et pas d'informations sur les retours depuis le centre ville.

Pros:

Понравился размер номера , достаточно большой- 50м².Красивый вид с номера на бассейн и растения.Територия отеля зелёная, ухоженная, достаточно мало людей , тихо.
На нашем 2 этаже корпуса гостиницы , в коридоре ближе к выходу , был стол для настольного тенниса..Питание как для 4 среднее, мало зелени , но голодным не останетесь.Вкусные виды сыра и йогурт.

Cons:

Не понравилось , что в номере не проводится косметический ремонт , на проёме двери в ванну отбитые куски краски, зеркало в ванной с потеками от клея , занавеска в номере порванная. Наш номер был 311.

Nada que destacar.

Cons:

La habitación de la suite no tenía aire acondicionado, sólo un ventilador de techo.
Al momento del check in no me informaron que el hotel tenía servicio de traslado del hotel al centro de Lugano y viceversa (me parece que es un servicio que hay informar), lo que encareció mi estadía.
En varias ocasiones no había personal en la recepción.
