Enttäuschend-unprofessioneller Service, technische Mängeln,nicht funktionierendes Wellness-Angebot.

Mein Aufenthalt im Park Hotel Príncipe war leider der schwächste, den ich je in Lugano erlebt habe – im deutlichen Gegensatz zu Häusern wie dem Kurhaus Cademario oder dem Resort Collina d’Oro, wo Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft selbstverständlich sind.

Service im Restaurant
Zwei der Kellner verhielten sich ausgesprochen unprofessionell: Sie machten sich öffentlich über mich lustig, als ich mein eigenes Matcha-Set mitbrachte, um mir einfach nur meinen Tee zuzubereiten. Bereits am zweiten Tag rief einer laut und deutlich vor allen Gästen seiner Kollegin zu: „Achtung, jetzt kommt deine Freundin“, was ich als respektlos und unangemessen empfand. Die freundliche Kollegin aus Como war die einzige, die mich höflich verstand und mir unkompliziert mit heißem Wasser und Sojamilch half. Die beiden männlichen Angestellten hingegen tratschten über Gäste, offenbar ohne zu bedenken, dass ich Italienisch verstehe. Ihr Verhalten war beschämend und unprofessionell.

Zimmerqualität
Mein Zimmer (Nr. 314) hatte mehrere technische Mängel: Die Tür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, die Tisch- und Wandlampen waren defekt, nur eine Stehlampe funktionierte. Trotz meiner Hinweise wurde während meines Aufenthalts – möglicherweise wegen der Osterzeit – keine Abhilfe geschaffen.

Defektes Wellness-Angebot
Laut Buchungsbeschreibung sollte das Hotel einen beheizten Pool bieten. Tatsächlich war das Wasser eiskalt, entsprechend der nächtlichen Außentemperatur von etwa 5 °C. Die Rezeptionistin bedauerte dies selbst und erwähnte, dass die Heizung offenbar defekt sei.

Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt für mich eine Enttäuschung. Bei den hohen Preisen erwarte ich funktionierende Zimmer, professionelles Personal und korrekte Angaben zu den Hotelleistungen. Dieses Haus werde ich nicht wieder wählen.
