A really comfortable three days. A very pleasant stay and I hope to go there again soon!
Pros:

My room was very spacious and had excellent views over the garden and swimminmg pool. I could also see part of Monte Bre, one of Lugano's most famous landmarks. The room and spacious bathroom were spotlessly clean. There was a very wide choice at breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, cooked tomatoes (which were delicious) and sausages. There was a wide range of cold items, including smoked salmon, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and yoghurts. There was also a wide choice of bread types. It is a very nice hotel and was exceptional value for money.

Pros:

Das Zimmer in der Residence war alt, nicht renoviert, zwar geräumig aber wirklich "out of time".

Cons:

Das Zimmer war echt gesagt mangelhaft für dieses Hotel. Es war nicht renoviert, einfach "run down".
