Just a one-night stop between places
Pros:

Breakfast was a small buffet but very stilted.
The room was HUGE with a lovely little terrace.
Very pet friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast coffee was not good.
Nowhere really to walk with a dog.

Cons:

Rezeption war bei Ankunft nicht besetzt, Self-Checkin funktionierte nicht, für Checkin mussten wir ins Partnerhotel auf gegenüberliegender Strassenseite

Leider war keinerlei Personal im Hause anwesend, so dass man schon beim einchecken sehr auf sich gestellt war.

Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch seine außergewöhnliche Lage mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und überzeugt mit einem schönen Pool sowie liebevoll gestalteter Bepflanzung. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um in entspannter Atmosphäre Zeit zu verbringen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und gut aufgelegte Personal, das die Gäste stets mit einem Lächeln begrüsst. Das Morgenessen war ausgewogen und ansprechend, allerdings wurden einzelne Produkte wie Croissants teilweise nicht mehr nachgefüllt

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Zimmer, die teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Dennoch sind sie sehr geräumig, sauber und bieten gerade für Familien viel Platz. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt auch im Zimmer angenehm und erholsam.

Pros:

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория отеля. Прекрасный завтрак, доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. При заезде в номер оказалось меньше чашек и тапочек, по звонку всё сразу принесли.

Cons:

В семейном номере есть небольшая кухня, но в ней не было посуды, кроме 2х чашек и чайника. Нам пришлось просить дополнительные чашки. Было бы хорошо иметь там чашки, ложки и тарелки по количеству гостей.

Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes. L'emplacement est au calme avec une vue magnifique.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de prises à côté du lit, ni de chauffe-eau et de machine à café dans la chambre.

Mein Aufenthalt im Park Hotel Príncipe war leider der schwächste, den ich je in Lugano erlebt habe – im deutlichen Gegensatz zu Häusern wie dem Kurhaus Cademario oder dem Resort Collina d’Oro, wo Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft selbstverständlich sind.

Service im Restaurant
Zwei der Kellner verhielten sich ausgesprochen unprofessionell: Sie machten sich öffentlich über mich lustig, als ich mein eigenes Matcha-Set mitbrachte, um mir einfach nur meinen Tee zuzubereiten. Bereits am zweiten Tag rief einer laut und deutlich vor allen Gästen seiner Kollegin zu: „Achtung, jetzt kommt deine Freundin“, was ich als respektlos und unangemessen empfand. Die freundliche Kollegin aus Como war die einzige, die mich höflich verstand und mir unkompliziert mit heißem Wasser und Sojamilch half. Die beiden männlichen Angestellten hingegen tratschten über Gäste, offenbar ohne zu bedenken, dass ich Italienisch verstehe. Ihr Verhalten war beschämend und unprofessionell.

Zimmerqualität
Mein Zimmer (Nr. 314) hatte mehrere technische Mängel: Die Tür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, die Tisch- und Wandlampen waren defekt, nur eine Stehlampe funktionierte. Trotz meiner Hinweise wurde während meines Aufenthalts – möglicherweise wegen der Osterzeit – keine Abhilfe geschaffen.

Defektes Wellness-Angebot
Laut Buchungsbeschreibung sollte das Hotel einen beheizten Pool bieten. Tatsächlich war das Wasser eiskalt, entsprechend der nächtlichen Außentemperatur von etwa 5 °C. Die Rezeptionistin bedauerte dies selbst und erwähnte, dass die Heizung offenbar defekt sei.

Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt für mich eine Enttäuschung. Bei den hohen Preisen erwarte ich funktionierende Zimmer, professionelles Personal und korrekte Angaben zu den Hotelleistungen. Dieses Haus werde ich nicht wieder wählen.
