Pros:

Emplacement très bien a proximité de tout

Cons:

Notre chambre donnée sur un canal passant de se fait le matin très trop ,bateaux de livraison et autres assez bruyant mais cela fait partie du charme de Venise ...

Room was warm as we could not open the balcony door at night due to mosquitos and no air con except heater.

Very comfortable beds, fantastic situation 3 minutes away from Piazza San Marco. Quiet, secure location and very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast!Would recommend.

Cons:

Plug sockets not easy to find in the room we had.

Pros:

Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto upgrade in camera 109. Camera dallo stile tipicamente veneziano con una vista sui canali da cartolina ( uno spettacolo vero). Personale gentilissimo e attento. Colazione varia e completa. Posizione a due passi dalla fermata vaporetti e da P.zza San Marco. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento a Venezia.

Завтрак - не всегда получается вкусно поесть, так как его просто не хватает из-за количества людей пришедших на завтрак.

В день уезда ранним утром делаю чек аут - и понимаю что человек на против в ресепшене , ругается матом на Итальянском, я сделал вид что не понимаю, хотя все прекрасно понимаю по Итальянский. Так он проявил свое не довольство только из-за того что ему надо было проснуться чтобы забрать ключи от номера.
А в другом расположение гостиницы прекрасное все рядом.

Pros:

Emplacement à quelques minutes à pied de la place St Marc. La salle du petit déjeuner possède une fenêtre donnant sur un canal : on peut voir passer les gondoles. La décoration est typique de Venise, la chambre était spacieuse avec chauffage et climatisation ainsi que de grands placard, un coffre fort, un petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire avec thé et café instantané.
Literie très correcte et emplacement très calme (pas de bruit) : nous avons très bien dormi. Joli petite cour avec quelques tables qui doit servir l'été. Personnel très aimable et arrangeant : nous sommes partis très tôt à la fin de notre séjour et on nous a préparé des "breakfast box" pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Notre chambre familiale était situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur et était en mezzanine : il faut monter un escalier pour aller au lit 2 places. Déconseillé aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les escaliers. La salle de bain avait une baignoire et non une douche et était très petite. Les WC sont également dans la salle de bains.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner médiocre. L'accueil. L'inconfort et la mocheté de la chambre. La literie lamentable. La soufflerie bruyante et sans effet pour chauffage. L'escroquerie et le vol flagrant. Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe et avons eu une chambre minable, froide et inconfortable.
