よく眠れました。

食事が美味しかったのと、スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても良かったです。

建物が古めなのか、経年劣化などで汚れが付いている所はありましたが、綺麗でした。

本当に行きたかったですが、残念です
Pros:

当日瀬戸大橋線が計画運休して岡山へいけなくなりましたが、電話して説明したらとても丁寧に対応いただきありがとうございました
岡山行く時は是非利用させていただきます

喫煙する人にはありがたいホテルです。
Pros:

喫煙できる部屋に泊まれたこと。料金の割には客室が広かったこと。

Cons:

特に悪かったことは無いが、大浴場があるわけでもなく、施設が古いのもあって、特に良いことも無かった感じでした。

Pros:

20時ぐらいと到着が遅めでしたが、駐車場について周辺含めての提案。
また、丁寧に対応してくださり、荷物の一時預かり(駐車場に停めに行く間ぐらい)など、配慮が嬉しかったです。
また、朝食バイキングが、正月だったからでしょう。正月らしい華やかさもある内容でした。
すっごく美味しく、よい時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

予約の際にこちらの確認不足だった為、子連れなのに喫煙ルームでした。
これは、こちらの落ち度ですが、非常に煙たかったです。
