Pros:

綺麗に掃除が行き届いていた

Cons:

外国の方が朝食の時６人がけの席に2人。
他は満席で座れない中６人！と言い座らせてもらえず、
暫く待って座れましたが、私達が食べ終わるまで２人でした。朝からちょっと嫌な気分になりました。

Pros:

スタッフの対応とてもよかったです。

Cons:

お部屋ソファーに染みがあり清潔感にかけている。窓を開けても壁があり外が見えず残念。
朝食もあまりおいしくなかったです。

Only for a night or two
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, the location is around 15 minutes from Okayama Station and it's easy to navigate around.
The check-in process was super easy and quick! Microwave, coin laundry on the 4th floor was really benri 😊

Cons:

The hotel is quite old, which wouldn't be a problem, but even if it looks clean at first glance, the room was quite shabby.
Whenever I entered my room there was a weird smell and I threw open the window.
There were stains on the wall, the bathtub, the bed cover. When my room got cleaned, the staff turned off the refrigerator which led to an unpleasant surprise when I came back in the evening 😂
All in all, it's okay for a night or two, but I stayed 7 nights and I would choose a different hotel next time.
