Clean comfortable spacious room; also enjoyed the onsite breakfast and central location.

Great location on a square with restaurants and daily market, and 2 blocks to beachfront.

Pros:

かわいいショッピング街（街の中心地）にあり、駅からのアクセスも良く、海にもすぐ行けてよかったです。部屋も広く、キッチン、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫もありこのホテルにしてよかったです。
スタッフに日本人の方がおり、心強かったです。また次アルカションに行くならこのホテルに泊まります:)
ウォーターサーバーもあり助かりました⭐︎

Eigentlich gut, am Ende fühlen wir uns aber wegen unseriöser Geschäftspraxis über den Tisch gezogen!!!
Pros:

Top-Lage im Ortszentrum, Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig bestens zu erreichen.
Das Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet, TV im Wohnraum und im Schlafzimmer, große Terrasse.

Cons:

Bei der Anreise musste wegen des Versenkens von Pollern zur Weiterfahrt das Hotel telefonisch kontaktiert werden. Es war aber mehr als 20 Minuten nicht erreichbar. Wir baten auf der Mailbox um Rückruf. Diesen gab es nicht.
Am 3. Tag (von 4 Tagen) gab es keinen Roomservice!
Am letzten Tag sollten wir beim Verlassen der Tiefgarage (112 € Parkkosten) die Parkkarte in eine bestimmte Box einwerfen. Da wir versehentlich eine andere Box benutzen, wurde uns einen Tag später eine „Strafgebühr“ von 60 € angedroht.
Wir haben per E-Mail den Sachverhalt erklärt. Da keine Rückmeldung kam, nahmen wir nochmals telefonisch Kontakt auf.
Das Hotel bestand weiterhin auf 60 € und buchte wenige Tage später von unserem Konto den Betrag von unserem Konto.
Das ist unseres Erachtens reine Abzocke!

Séjour annulé le jour même. Info reçue par mail dont j’ai pris connaissance le jour même à 17h30, pas de coup de téléphone pour me prévenir et me permettre d’anticiper et tenter de trouver un autre logement

Vraiment l’hôtel est très propre le personnel agréable. Une fois la voiture au parking plus besoin d’y toucher
