Pros:

L'emplacement et l'hébergement spacieux.

Cons:

L'appartement donnait sur la place, trop bruyante des 6h du matin à cause de la mise en place du marché le samedi ET le dimanche. Pas idéal pour ce reposer.

Adresse parfaite pour circuler à pied dans Arcachon.
Pros:

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville et à proximité immédiate de la mer. L'appartement où l'on se sent immédiatement bien et très bien équipé.

Cons:

Il faisait chaud dans l'appartement, même avec la clim. Il faut dire que c'était la canicule, ce qui relativise ce commentaire.

Superbe séjour en famille
Pros:

Idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et de la plage. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et professionnel.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux. Il y en a pour tout les goûts, du sucré, du salé...

Cons:

Le tarif du parking.
La terrasse sur le rooftop est très sympatique, maiq manquait un peu de nettoyage (début de saison je pense)

Cons:

Climatisation en panne, jamais réparée dans notre ch 314.
Pourtant nous en avons informé la réception dès le 1er jour, un employé est venu voir mais rien de plus.
Appartement invivable avec la canicule pendant 4 jours.
Aucune compensation.

Très bien mais peu encore mieux faire pour rester au niveau

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement, le très bon rapport qualité prix, la literie confortable
Je viens au reshidome plus ou moins régulièrement depuis près de 20 ans et j’adore cet endroit. Mais il va falloir faire quelques travaux pour remise en état

Cons:

Climatisation incertaine voir à l’arrêt par moment en cette période de canicule. Des ampoules dysfonctionnelles ( Manque de lumière)
On sent que l’établissement a besoin d’un rafraîchissement global surtout côté place des martyrs trop bruyantes. Moquette d’usage, vaisselles trop limitée
