Un appart cool au calme idéalement situé pour un séjour parfait à Arcachon.
Pros:

la localisation est au top: rue piétonne, tout près d'une place de marché avec plein de petits commerçants, des boutiques et des restaus et surtout à 50 mètres de la mer (près de l'embarquement pour Cap Ferret et autres excursions). Le personnel est adorable et le logement est très sympa avec même une petite terrasse (la nôtre donnait sur un patio paysager). Un sauna et un jaccuzi nous accueillent en bas (créneau de 30 minutes / jour par logement).

Lokalizacja w centrum miast na ryneczku,, bardzo blisko do fajnej plaży ale samochodem dostać się do hotelu jest trudnie ij trzeba przedrzeć się przez strefę opuszczamych słupków na telefonie z personelem hotelu.

Cons:

Aparthotel. 4 gwiazdki???? Skąd one się wzięły? Poza ładną zachęcającą recepcją i personelem, dalej już były basicowe pokoje i ich wyposażenie.
Głośno. Okna nie wygluszały hałasu z rynku. Rano co najmniej od 6.00 hałas ustawianych straganów sprzedażowych. Hitem jednak była wykładzina w korytarzu hotelowym. Takiego brudu i kurzu na wykładzinie nie widziałam raczej nigdy.

Ein paar schöne Tage in Arcachon
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt am Markt, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Super Personal.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hat meine Liebste etwas Gemüse (Tomaten, Gurken, etc.) vermisst.
Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, jedoch keine Kapseln dafür.

Pros:

A great location in the centre of Archachon - easy to get to the beach and bars and restaurants. Staff were freindly and helpful. Room was well equiped

Cons:

Only parking is in car parks which are expensive E30 per day. The decor and cleanliness of the corridors is tired

Pros:

Simple rooms, separation between beds is useful, bathroom is fine but could use an upgrade. Nice balcony.

Cons:

Air-conditioning was basically not functioning so this was a minus. Noisy on street side.

Les petits détails mais qui ont leur importance :
Piles HS de la télécommande, 1 ampoule sur 2 Hs dans la salle de bain, le distributeur de gel douche HS, un drap housse salle dans l'armoire ànotre arrivée?? Bref, il faudrait apporter plus de soins à ces petites choses qui ont leur importance . Et je ne parle pas de la moquette du couloir tachée de partout. C'est sale...pour un établissement qui se dit 4 étoiles

L'emplacement au centre ville est parfait.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer. Les couloirs et principalement celui donnant accès au spa, ainsi que l'ascenseur n'ont pas été nettoyés entre notre arrivée, le samedi 15h00 et le lundi midi. C'est inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée non plus.
le petit déjeuner est soi-disant accessible jusque 11h00, mais à 10h00, il n'y a plus de croissant, plus d'œuf brouillé, enfin, il faut arriver plus tôt.
J'estime que le prix n'est pas justifié.

Très bel endroit.
Pros:

Emplacement.
Décoration de l’établissement de très bon goût.
Confort de la suite junior avec son grand lit, sa terrasse et ses 2 balcons.
Très bel accueil.

Cons:

Baignoire mal nettoyée .
