On est toujours triste de quitter Arcachon !
Pros:

Nous connaissons depuis longtemps cet établissement et nous y retournons pour des séjours courts hors période estivale car il est en centre ville zone piétonne près de la gare et des commerces et restaurants. De plus il est équipé d’un petit espace spa malheureusement inaccessible cette fois ci.

Cons:

Dommage que les parties communes n’aient pas été rénovées en même temps que le hall. Idem pour le renouvellement d’équipement sur le balcon.
Dommage également que l’équipe de ménage ne contrôle pas l’état du lave vaisselle….

Pros:

Le personnel vraiment à l écoute et très aimable et souriant. Pour ma fille et moi,c était une première alors que je viens très régulièrement sur Arcachon, je ne connaissais pas cet hôtel, appartement, je recommande vivement. Tout est à proximité, commerces et surtout plage. Je reviendrai très vite. Merci à vous

Cons:

Il n’y avait aucune propreté, une salle de bain sale radiateur très sale joint entre par douche et lavabo de la saleté. En veux-tu en voilà. Ils viennent pour nettoyer la terrasse et bien non simplement un petit coup de Jet donc terrasse toujours sale la cuisine, rien pour ranger les provisions un lave-vaisselle mais les assiettes ne rentre pas. Pas de possibilité de cuisiner pas de plan de travail je pourrais encore dire d’autres choses, mais je vais m’arrêter là. Conclusion, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

Excellent location in town centre
Pros:

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Our check-in was easy and the staff were attentive. Our room upgrade was much appreciated and we enjoyed our suite. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait, on a pu faire beaucoup de choses à pieds, ce qui était bien pratique.
La chambre était spacieuse pour 3, le petit déjeuner complet, et le calme.

Cons:

Le menage n'était pas fait tout le temps, on était pas la longtemps donc on pensait avoir un peu + de passage.

Franchement je ne reviendrai jamais
Pros:

Chambre vieillissante et pas très propre.
Il manque la télécommande dans la chambre ; la réponse de l’accueil a été de nous dire de prendre celle du salon…

Le parking est un véritable enfer pour se garer, tout comme l’accès à l’hôtel avec les bornes.

Nous avons également constaté des erreurs dans les règlements.
Le petit déjeuner est décevant et cher.

Dans l’ensemble, une grosse mise à niveau de cet hôtel est clairement nécessaire.
