Clean tidy spacious rooms friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel manager is a very welcoming woman & friendly hotel clean tidy good sized rooms she’s great giving advice within the local area not far from the promenade highly recommended

the room was infested with bed bugs and eggs
Pros:

the manager was nice and apologised multiple times for the issue i had however the boss wasn’t much help

Cons:

the bedroom was crawling with bedbugs i requested for a refund have been ignored from the boss i rang the manager who had no clue she rang the boss and all i received was just apologise which i don’t find professional at all considering i had a 4 year old child in that room

Disgusting mattress, mould everywhere.

Absolutely disgusting room, the mattress was just awful, the mould in the shower is just dangerous, the cost was only £23 for the night, they should pay people to stay. £500 spent on that room would do wonders, if Blackpool council looked at that room they’d close it down.
