La cabine de douche est un peu juste pour une personne un peu forte...
Le couchage un peu trop ferme

Hôtel très bien placé au début de la rue piétonne de San Remo en plein centre. Belle prestations dans la chambre il ne manquait rien !Lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner en toit terrasse superbe.

Cons:

La cabine de douche très petite.
Le prix un peu excessif.

Esperienza deludente e inaccettabile per un hotel a 4 stelle

Hotell vicino al centro citta e al Casinò

Cons:

Le lenzuola erano macchiate e l’acqua calda completamente assente, costringendoci a lavarci con acqua fredda.
Al momento del check-out abbiamo segnalato questi gravi disservizi alla reception, ma non abbiamo ricevuto né scuse né una spiegazione adeguata. Al contrario, l’addetta si è limitata a rispondere che era già preoccupata del fatto che l’acqua non arrivasse nemmeno agli altri piani, dimostrando totale mancanza di professionalità e attenzione verso il cliente.
Pagare 140€ a notte per una struttura che si definisce 4 stelle e ricevere un servizio di questo livello è semplicemente inaccettabile. Esperienza che non rispecchia minimamente gli standard dichiarati.
