Great location, but would not stay there again

Great location, very clean, freshly renovated

Cons:

1) the AC was not working (we were told it was still a "heating season" although it was +20 outside and in our room that faced south it was +27 inside). We were offered to open the windows to let the room cool down but it did not help. Our room faced the street with restaurants and bars and thus it was too loud. We could not sleep until 2 am when the room cooled off a bit and the noise outside reduced to acceptable levels.
2) I asked for the iron and I got a dirty one which I could not risk using on my white clothes (we were supposed to attend a wedding ceremony in the afternoon). I complained and asked for a different iron. What they brought me was another burned dirty iron. They told me they didn't have any more irons. Unbelievable for a 4 star hotel.
3) the bed was pretty rough, clearly not meeting a 4star level for bedding.
