Important information:

Reception opening hours are daily except Saturday from 08:00 to 19:30, and Saturday from 07:00 to 21:00. Please contact reception in advance for any late arrival.

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Please note that some hammams are currently closed for maintenance work.

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Prices include bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), two bathrobes, household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access, TV, and all taxes and fees (excluding tourist tax).

Unlimited WiFi access is available at an additional cost.

Access to the wellness facilities is also included, including the heated indoor swimming pool, saunas, hammams and the cardio-training room.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.

Swimming pool opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 15:00 to 19:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Good access to the slopes, although onto a blue if anyone is a novice best go up to level 9 and start at Aime 2000.
Cosy little feel to the apartments

Great skiing. Old accommodations with no luxury.
Pros:

The location for skiing is great. The restaurants do not compare to Belle Plagne. It is a tired dilapidated building.

Cons:

The accommodations were old and tired. An update is needed. We couldn’t even walk into one bedroom with the size of the furniture.

hors saison, c'est top :)
Pros:

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le soleil pendant le séjour.
sinon : emplacement, spa, piscine, vue, appartement, literie, serviettes ... tout était bien, merci.

Cons:

Il fallait réserver la veille pour avoir le sauna & hammam le matin à 10h et ça n'a pas été pris en compte pour le jour de notre départ alors qu'on n'avait qu'1h vu qu'il faut partir à 11h. C'était le point négatif du séjour.
