Loved the water and wildlife.

We enjoyed the stay for the most part. The property is starting to age so there was some elevators and doors out of repair. Pools were nice. Security personnel we did not enjoy. They gave my grown daughter a hard time going in when i had the second pass permit, they were not clear in communicating where she needed to park and was disrespectful to her. Also on the last night there she parked in wrong spot that was numbered so as a result we were booted and had to pay the 100 dollars with occupancy under 50 percent. Rules are rules so i payed it....but after paying it with no complaint a security guard was being disrespectful to my daughter about illegally parking when she was trying to console my grandson who had just fallen out of his carrier and hit his head on concrete parking floor. We paid the fine, we didnt need your smart allec comments...oh and my grandson ended up being fine not that you cared or checked on. Show some respect and courtesy, we are paying customers. Also the walk to the beach is definitely not something you want to do with babies as we did.

The property was great! Very spacious and the views are spectacular!

Not worth the price

Lots of toilet issues. Down a toilet almost entire stay. No offer to move us or financial reimbursement.

Very clean, condo was beautiful!

Security was terrible. It was like we were committing a crime when we tried to reenter the property when going out to shop or eat. The new rules for spring break were not told to us requiring a key card to get back to the condo from the beach. My 17 year old was refused reentry even with her wristband on. I had to settle it with security. Not sure that we will be returning. All of the guests around us were complaining of the same thing. We had someone else’s groceries in our refrigerator from hostevia because their fridge in their condo went out and was given permission to leave it in ours. It was still in ours over 3 hours later after we checked in.

Every time I'm in Orange Beach I try to stay at the Caribe. Always clean, very pleasant and safe.

Great place to stay

We had a great time but issues with our unit. No power in the master as well as several kitchen outlets. The ice maker didn’t work, and no trays! The door was ajar when we arrived which was a little odd. We put in a repair request but never heard back or saw any attempt at repairing. The lazy pool is fun but only 1.5ft deep for all of you adult travelers. It had a lovely view, but when paying $$ it’s nice to be able to watch a movie in bed (no power! No reading lamps!)

We did a three day rental and had NO air conditioning for the first two days in the month of August with record breaking temperatures and a heat index in the high 90's. We reported it immediately after checking in and we were told we had to wait until the next morning after 9 to have it looked at. The unit had to be completely replaced. We were told it was fixed so we came back to our room only to find out that it was still not cooling down. They had to call out another technician and this time we were told that the duct work was bad and it wasn't the AC. Needless to say we had no AC until 10 p.m on day 2 and it was barely working and unable to cool the unit down properly. We were told we would be compensated and now the hosting company Hosteeva is refusing to issue a refund as indicated during our stay. There were other issues and broken items that we reported as well. Overall our experience was not a good one and we spent a majority of our vacation dealing with repairs when we should have been enjoying our time off.

The stay was good, however, there were pests (roaches) in the unit. The power cord to the cable box in the bedroom with the twin beds was missing. Lastly, the power button to the jacuzzi in the Master bedroom was very difficult to push/turn on.

Would definitively visit again with the hope that these issues will be addressed and remedied.

This place is beautiful. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We love caribe resorts and stay here often. We booked a 2 bedroom because they don’t have 1 bedroom units. We’re a married couple and share bedroom and bathroom. Caribe boasts large master suites with huge master bath, 2 sinks and walk-in shower. We were upgraded to a much larger unit but the master suite was locked off from use by the owners. . So no king size bed and using separate bathrooms without walk-in shower. Inconvenience and not as comfortable.
