Staff was not polite at registration. We had reserved a king and were given a queen “accessible” room. They would NOT let me check in while my husband worked for over an hour trying to find parking. Insisted only my husband could check in since it was his name on the reservation. Elevator was broken and bags had to be lugged two flights and our ages were 68-81 (they eventually offered to help). No info on parking availability. Caused HUGE problems during Orange Bowl weekend. Would have been nice if they had researched a little ahead of time for their guests convenience.

We enjoyed our stay but thought, when we books it, that it was on the beach.

Pros:

Highly recommend staying at Caribe. Very clean and spacious. Awesome views of the water. Close to lots of restaurants. Multiple pools.

Perfect Condominium
Pros:

We stay at this resort every time we go to Orange Beach.

Have stayed at two different units; both are very well appointed, immaculately clean, and very, very comfortable, all for just slightly more than a hotel room.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this resort.

Pros:

The condo was beautiful and spacious and accommodated our entire family! Loved having bathrooms for each bedroom. Fantastic pools and water slides for all ages. Resort Quest personnel very friendly and helpful

Great but frustrated
Pros:

I thought from the description that they would have boat parking and a exercise facility. They do. They want $25 a night to let me park my jet ski in a gravel lot. They also wanted $20 a day for a pass to the exercise facility. They said if I had booked through the Caribe it would have been free.
Nice place though.
