Very convenient, clean and rooms are good. The food is excellent as well and the bar is good.

Clean rooms, excellent friendly owner and staff who were always helpful. Warm in the room so asked for a fan and it was put in the room straight away nothing too much trouble. Lovely bar and good prices.
Mattress was hard but that was just my personal taste I prefer a soften mattress nothing against the hotel they have to provide for various requirements and guests understandably.

It is a lovely hotel which is next to the Waterloo music venue, which is great as we were attending a gig. It was not too far to walk from the venue to the hotel, which was great for me as I have a disability.
The staff were lovely and helpful and also always smiling, polite, and kind.
Our room was cosy, clean, and very comfortable. The shower was amazing, especially on my aching body.
Staff made sure we were stocked up with tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
I look forward to staying there again.
Nothing not to like. Apart from not staying longer and eating at their restaurant. Their menu looked amazing.

The location
The room was slightly smaller than expected and really warm and really dusty also the stairs wasn’t convenient for carrying bags up and down to and from our rooms. Breakfast could’ve been better although for the price it wasn’t too bad. Overall, it was an average experience
Handy location, clean and friendly staff
A little awkward to find check in and no staff available but once we located the check in (you went through the restraunt entrance) it was fine.
The staff are fantastic as is the food! We re-booked for next year before leaving Blackpool

Brilliant location, next to The Waterloo Music Bar. Spotlessly clean . Staff incredibly friendly, bar prices are good. Excellent range of food in the buffet, all cooked on the premises. Lots of momentos of Mr Dil's illustrious military career and his Nepalese heritage. A little gem .
Hot water could be a bit erratic in the shower !

The hotel was very good, staff were brilliant.the location was basically next to the Waterloo music bar,my main reason for the trip.
Going up and down the stairs was not what I needed, other than that my stay was excellent.
