We had a great relaxing time. The one recommended is to put the restaurant open and closing timea more visible for people to see. Reception needs to advise guestsnwhen they arrive.

Nous avons passé seulement une nuit dans cet immense parc hôtelier. Nous sommes satisfaits de l’accueil, de la propreté, de la surface vaste et confortable avec 2 terrasses de l’appartement.
Complexe appréciable avec beaucoup d’espaces verts et un un concept qui ressemble à un village blanc.
Arrivés avant l’heure du Check in, nous avons pu accéder aux différentes piscines.
A 5 min en voiture de la belle et très animée ville d’Albufeira.

A equipa da rececão foi exelente, nos deixou entrar um pouco antes pois estavamos com alimentos de geladeira no carro.
O apto tinha bom espaço, estava limpo e cheiroso. Só poderiam melhorar o fogão que era muito antigo e alguns itens de decoração também, no mais tem muito potencial o lugar.
Gostamos muito e voltariamos.

Perfect place for family three nights away with teenagers.We spent most of the days at the pool by the Casa Azul, lovely breeze, never busy, and handy snack bar for drinks and food right there. Its a little hilly so prob not the best for anyone with mobility issues. Ate breakfast both mornings at the Alfarroba restaurant. (Tip: ordering off the a la carte menu is better value than the buffet but that nay have been because we got the buffet one day as it seemed to be finishing up). Mini market on the site stocks anything you need. Kids played mini golf one evening. The resort is not really walking distance to anything in the heat…maybe had it been cooler and we were there longer, we would have attempted to walk to old town. Ubers were about 6-8 euro into the old town or the strip and were easy enough to get- no waiting. We booked a three bed apartment that was in great condition but had slight sign of wear and tear, mainly with the light in the bathroom not staying on and one plug socket that had come away from the wall. Apartment had everything you could possibly need (washer, ironing board, good kitchen with dishwasher). Bathrooms seemed pretty new and shower had great water pressure. It was advertised as having one bathroom but when we got there, there were two which was a pleasant surprise with 5 people! Tip 2: We ordered groceries and food via Uber eats since it was late when we got there. Overall I was delighted with our time here and the facilities- perfect for us!

El recepcionista de los pendientes fue un poco impertinente conmigo, sin embargo que de la mañana siguiente fue un encanto…..
en el baño había hormigas constantemente, era un goteo continuo, matabas una y aparecía otra. Por lo demás un sitio muy completo, con piscinas, restaurantes y sitios de entretenimiento como minigolf. En general me gusto el sitio.

We recently stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. While the furniture was a little outdated and could use some refreshing, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The real highlight was having our own private pool.

O hotel é incrível, limpo e com funcionários atenciosos. Recomendo.

This property needs to be knocked down - its disgusting. I didn't receive any keys until 5 pm - the keys were old and grubby just like the room.

- Dirty Floors
- Door didn't open properly
- Bed was unthinkible spings from the 60's
- Knocking the door at 9.30 am to get out

Es un lugar bonito, muy grande,no hay buena señalización nos confundimos varias veces en los caminos y evidentemente,lo están descuidando mucho,podría ser mucho mejor
