Pros:

Accueil , gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel , propreté et confort des chambres, restauration de bonne qualité.
Nous avons eu la chance de sejourner pendant une semaine moins chargée que les semaines à venir .

Cons:

Les chaises longues sur la plage sont payantes . Anormal pour ce standing .Majorer le prix des chambres si vous le souhaitez mais l'acces aux chaises longues sur la plage doit être offert aux résidents

El personal del hotel desde que entras. Todos, desde recepción, restauración o limpieza, son gente estupenda, muy educada y con vocación de dar el mejor servicio, se nota el maravilloso ambiente de trabajo entre ellos. Desayuno y cena tipo buffet con mucha calidad de productos. Gran piscina exterior, y si hace mal tiempo, tienes una interior junto con un buen gimnasio.

Hotel excepcional
Pros:

Desde la llegada, la atención fue excepcional por parte del personal. El buffet buenísimo y el trato del personal de maravilla.
Las instalaciones limpias, espaciosas y bien conservadas.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, con salida directa al mar, las instalaciones muy bien y las habitaciones muy cómodas. El desayuno maravilloso y super completo.

Cons:

No me ha gustado que en un hotel de 5 estrellas, te cobren 25 €/día por aparcar el coche en su propio parking y que tengas en el exterior en la entrada al hotel unos 20 plazas de aparcamiento totalmente VACÍAS y que no te las ofrezcan. Tampoco me ha parecido bien que te cobre las hamacas del hotel en la playa, del mismo modo durante toda nuestra estancia nos hemos ido fijando y la mayoría de las tumbonas están vacías, me parece una cutrería no ofrecerlas.

Alles total gut, Personal, Zimmer, Anlage, Essen.

Cons:

Die Gäste gehen in den Swimmingpool ohne vorher zu duschen. Da muss die Badeordnung viel präsenter, in anspruchsloser Sprache und großer Schrift aufgehängt werden. Die Bademeister könnten auch ihren Beitrag leisten. Eigentlich sollte das selbstverständlich sein. Ich habe das schon mal angeregt, es ist aber nichts passiert.

A good hotel but with a checkin bureaucracy
Pros:

Food was good and tasty. There local specialties like blood sausages and soeck. Rooms are clean. Cosmetics is good. Towels are new. Staff is friendly. The equipment in the gym is new. Beach is clean and the sea is wonderful.

In spite of the disadvantages the general impression from the hotel was good.

Cons:

Check-in bureaucracy like no other. Usually it takes minutes. Here it took a half an hour or more. A very long form. After filling the form it was a mistake and start filling again, then all over again. At first it was some system problem. Then they assigned my youngest daughter as the group leader with no option to change. And it was a mistake in the system because a child cannot be a team leader. So I gave up simply cheating the system by providing the wrong age to over-pass the system error. Then the underground garage and the car was registered to the child as well :)

All pillows are not comfortable.

Too hot in the gym and stinks with chloride from the SPA.

I would add some room with a billiard or some games for the rainy days.

Comfortabel verblijf aan zee.
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan zee. Je kan zo het strand opwandelen. De terrassen en de zwembaden zijn heel mooi. 1 zwembad was echt goed verwarmd. De bedjes hebben dikke kussens die allemaal kraaknet zijn. Heel het domein is trouwens super proper. Ontbijt en diner kan buiten op de mooie binnenplaats. Er zijn wel weinig plaatsen dus niet zo eenvoudig om een tafeltje te bemachtigen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, er ontbreekt niets. Wat onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen is het diner. Buffet maar geen grote bakken die er uren staan. Wel eerder een foodmarket. Overal bordjes met kleine gerechtjes, gepresenteerd zoals in een goed restaurant. Verse vis en vlees worden gebakken door het personeel en de garnituur die bij het gerecht past, staat klaar. Er was heel veel variatie. Alles werd door poetspersoneel voortdurend in het oog gehouden. Elke gemorste druppel onmiddellijk opgeruimd. Zelfs een hele kaasafdeling met personeel dat je kaasbordje klaar maakt. Alleen al voor het eten zouden we teruggaan. De andere gasten zijn bijna uitsluitend Duitsers. Toen wij er waren veel oudere koppels. Heel rustige sfeer.

Cons:

De kamers zijn gedateerd. De badkamer heeft een douche in het bad. Echt heel ouderwets. De inrichting van de kamer is niet mooi. Gordijnen vuil, stoffen bekleding van het bed gescheurd. Kamers zijn drie sterren in plaats van 5!
Voor de bedjes op het strand moet betaald worden en dat in het laagseizoen, 8.5 euro per bed. Parking 15 euro per dag.
Dat zou inbegrepen moeten zijn. S'avonds live muziek buiten wat dus in alle kamers echt luid te horen is. Gelukkig maar tot half 11.

Highlight in den Dünen
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage direkt hinter den Dünen, geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende, sehr erlesene und unglaublich vielfältige Büfetts.

Cons:

Das Rauchen auf den Balkonen ist störend und sollte auf Raucherbereiche beschränkt werden.
