Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Es ist wunderschön und die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Essen ist besonders gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Junior Suite und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Bedienung in der Bar und dem Restaurant. Vielleicht war die Besetzung nicht ausreichend aber man musste ewig warten um bestellen zu können und der Service war dabei dann auch nicht so gut. Mitunter hatte man das Gefühl gehabt bewusst ignoriert zu werden.
Der restliche Service war tadellos.

Extraordinario. Recomendable 100%.
Pros:

Nos encantó el trato por parte de todo su personal, desde recepción, al personal del bar de la piscina y restaurante. El bufet maravilloso. Yo soy intolerante a la proteína de la leche y en todo momento me adaptaron los platos y se preocuparon por mi. De hecho volveré a ir.

Me gusto todo.

Un paraíso en Sancti Petri
Pros:

Superó nuestras expectativas.
El hotel es una preciosidad, limpieza, y muy buen servicio, pero sobre todo destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, en especial a Ismael, Ana, Bertolet,…todos son un encanto al servicio y a la altura de un hotel de 5*
A destacar también que el Buffet de desayuno y de cena es espectacular, la calidad y variedad se asemeja a un Gran Lujo.

Muy recomendables.

Cons:

Como crítica constructiva, estaría bien no pagar los extras ni del Spa ni de las hamacas.
