A great welcoming and enjoyable family vacation
Pros:

The staff, very attentive, and went above and beyond with service

Cons:

The only thing was not knowing the kitchen could prepare pures, which would have been great knowing when checking in at the hotel

El diseño del hotel, sus instalaciones, lo cuidado que está todo y la atención del personal.

Cons:

Que intenté en varias ocasiones, darme un masaje en el Spa y, o no logré contactar, o ya no tenían horas disponibles.

Pros:

La amabilidad de todo el personal lo mejor de todo, seguido de las instalaciones y del maravilloso buffet del desayuno

Cons:

Echo de menos mayor vigilancia del personal para que la gente no abuse de la reserva de tumbonas en la piscina. Había gente que bajaba a las 9, dejaba las tumbonas reservadas todo el día y se marchaba a la playa, solo para usar la tumbona 5 minutos al final del día. Debería evitarse de alguna manera.

Excellent hotel, facilities, pool.The beach is amazing

Cons:

It was surprising to pay for the water at dinner and the sunbeds on the beach. Would have appreciated those items to be inlcuded in the price, even though the price would have been slightly higher.

Pros:

Service und Personal, freundlich und herzlich, einfach toll. Frühstück, Abendessen - Besser geht es nicht! Es war jedoch auch relativ wenig los im Hotel, daher kaum Wartezeiten. Strand - Sauber, viel Platz, faire Liegenpreise. Zimmer - sehr sauber

Fantástico hotel en la playa, amabilidad y calidad.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó es el personal qeu trabaja en el hotel. Amabilísimos, atentos, dispuestos para lo que necesiten los huéspedes.
La calidad del desayuno es muy buena y obviamente muy diversa.
Las instalaciones son estupendas, la piscina es grande con muchísimas hamacas. Otra cosa que aprecié fué que no había niños corriendo noi gritando.

Cons:

No me gustó la bañera, es de plástico y no inspira mucha confianza, deberían cambiar a duchas, mucho más seguro para entrar y salir.
Como en casi todos los hoteles del mundo, el café es mejorable.

Our annual Chiclana trip is to this hotel and will continue to be so

Our favourite hotel along that beach
Good service
Top food (incl good choice of vegan food - important for us)
Great location
Sunbeds well managed so there are always some available

Cons:

The wine by the glass selection in the main restaurant could be better
But that's a small point really

No information that the only choice for dinner was a buffet.
The a la carte restaurant was not open , despite the info. we was given during check in.
Not sure how this place could have 5 stars.
