Fantastic stay would go back

Les chambres sont vraiment top, la literie est parfaite c'est très agréable et le fait d'avoir la piscine sous le balcon avec un peu de musique on se sent vraiment en vacances. :)

Unfortunately, the hotel was very noisy at night because of groups of drunk teenagers staying there. The disturbance aff
Pros:

* The rooms were spacious, and having separate sleeping areas was very convenient for families.
* The location is close to the beach.
* The reception staff eventually helped us with an early check-in after our overnight journey, which we appreciated.

Cons:

* Housekeeping was very good at the beginning of our stay, but the cleaning quality noticeably declined towards the end.
* Access to the beach involves a large number of steps, both down to the beach and back up to the hotel, which may be difficult for families with young children or guests with mobility issues.
* Security seemed very strict about visitors. Friends of ours, who were staying in another room in the same hotel, visited us briefly, and security came to question who was in our room. While we understand the need for safety, it felt excessive.
* At the same time, groups of teenagers were running through the corridors late at night, knocking on guests’ doors and causing disturbances. This happened on several occasions and appeared to receive little attention from staff.

Overall, the hotel has many good points, but improvements in consistency of cleaning and management of nighttime noise would make the experience much better.

Best hotel I've been to in a long time every thing was spotless
Pros:

I liked the extremely helpful staff who could not have done enough for us, when asked if they had marmalade to put on my toast the lady I asked went and asked in the kitchen and came back with a soup bowl with the marmalade in it, they covered it up and i got it every morning. One of my daughters is gluten free and the selection that was there for breakfast for her was the best I've ever seen they even produced a pizza at lunch time for her

Cons:

Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, although you can pay a deposit and get a kettle for your room and there is a fridge in the room. The other thing that caused me a problem was the hill to the hotel.

Magic Staff
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff who were excellent and very informative.
We had booked a one bedroom suite which we absolutely loved. So clean and well furnished. The cleaners consistently did a fantastic job and were always very helpful if we needed anything.
We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the helpers were absolutely magic, especially Jesus who went out of his way to make us welcome. The food was great value for money especially the salad bar.
We are not youngsters and this hotel was largely occupied by Viking Invasion travel organisation for young people. This made it to be very, very busy and noisy but it was not a problem for us and we loved our stay there.
The friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room make this hotel great. Thank you!
