Pros:

Nettes Personal. Defekter Safe der nicht repariert wurde. Katastrophale Gäste. Unglaublich laut jede Nacht. Obwohl keine Bar direkt neben dem Hotel war. Die Gäste haben keinen Anstand. Die ganze Nacht nur Geschrei, von 1:00 bis 6:00. unglaublich. Ich weiss nicht wie sich das Hotelmanagement sich dafür einsetzt.

Cons:

Lautstärke. Safe der nicht repariert wurde oder er war nicht im Arrangement eingerechnet und daher nicht funktionstüchtig. ??

Too many Hen and Stag parties, they didn’t cause any issues to us, but it wasn’t what we were looking for.

Os quartos eram longe da recepção, e pedi fazer checkout até as 14h disseram que o checkout era até às 11h e devia pagar 20€ se quizesse e paguei 20€ mas não concordando foi uma questão triste, e os preços na zona são caros

A nice April break in Palmanova
Pros:

The family suite was very comfortable for a small family, and the views from the balcony overlooking the bay were beautiful throughout the day. The room was spotless and serviced daily, with good facilities that made the stay nice and comfy. The beach is only a short walk away, which was very convenient. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, offering plenty of choice, and overall we had a great time. The location is in one of the livelier parts of Palmanova, with lots of shops and easy access to nearby towns and Palma, all just a short trip away.

Pros:

The hotel complex was okay, the rooms are newly furnished and feature a balcony, which is nice. The location is alright, although there is a 10-minute walk to the big grocery store and a bus stop.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the heating in our room was not working. We told the staff, but the problem wasn't solved. Also, the sun never faced our balcony, and we didn't have a pool view from the balcony.
