Guests expecting to arrive outside check-in hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation.
Prices include accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access, as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fees).
Guests also benefit from complimentary access to the residence’s wellness facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, saunas, hammams and a cardio-training room. Unlimited WiFi access is available at an additional cost.
After booking, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and an additional charge.
For invoice requests, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Pets are accepted upon request at an additional cost of €70 per animal per week or €11 per animal per day for stays of less than seven nights.
The indoor swimming pool is open Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 11:45 and from 15:00 to 19:45, and on Saturdays from 11:00 to 19:45.
Reception is open Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 21:00.
In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers a €40 activity voucher per apartment for stays of at least 7 nights in Chamonix, valid with the partner Evolution 2 Chamonix. Activities include rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, hydrospeed and hiking. The voucher is provided upon arrival and activities require prior reservation and remain subject to availability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Были здесь 20 лет назад. Еще тогда казалась мебель устаревшая. Сейчас появился новый диван, новое кресло (что очень обрадовало), новое оборудование на кухне. Микроволновка совместно с духовкой совершенно новая и такая хитромудрая, что никто ею не пользовался до нас и мы тоже. Внутри все стерильно чисто. Понравилось постельное белье, полушки и одеяла. Очень чистые, мягкие и легкие .. Очень вежливые и уважительные молодые люди в ресепшен.
Очень старый ремонт всего здания. Лифту лет так 40. Все скрипит и трещит внутри. Туалет и ванная в плане меблировки тоже все древнее, но в хорошем рабочем состоянии.
Нет ни одной крышки на сковородку. Да и сковородка только одна. Зато всего остального полно…

Good budget option in Chamonix. The front office is closed most of the day which is a bit of an inconvenience. Bring your own toilet paper, and soap (they only have a limit of 1 roll)

Нас посели в старый номер на нулевом этаже. Всё старое. Кухня плохо работала. Кроме того было очень грязно. Волосы и грязные Салфетки на простыне.
Very relaxed atmosphere, cosy apartment and friendly staff. The pool and sauna facilities were great. Location is excellent!
Great spot and nice apartment.
Sadly we were on the ground floor and had been sold on Mountain View’s (which you don’t get on the ground floor). Upon questioning this they said we could have asked for an apartment higher up for free, we just had to ask. But they didn’t tell me that before we booked. Also seems strange, surely if there are nicer apartments free in the same bracket we have paid for then just give us the best one with a view.

Stayed many times over the years. Always our preferred option if the price is reasonable for our dates. Like the pool and steam room and location good. Rooms have good self catering facilities. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful.
Would be nice if kitchen had basics like cooking oil and condiments such as salt and pepper available.
