Prices include : accommodations, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat + dish towel), cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), basic WiFi , charges and tax (except tourism tax and application fee), and free entry to the well-being facilities of the residence:

Comfortable, clean and enjoyable.
Pros:

Stayed many times over the years. Always our preferred option if the price is reasonable for our dates. Like the pool and steam room and location good. Rooms have good self catering facilities. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would be nice if kitchen had basics like cooking oil and condiments such as salt and pepper available.

Great location
Pros:

Great location - quiet but only a couple of minutes walk from the centre. Spacious apartment, with an ensuite that we hadn't expected in one of the rooms. Decor is a but dated but fine.

Cons:

No hairdryer in the apartment despite it being on the room info on Booking that there was one. Went to reception and 'the hairdryer had been given to someone else'. This was frustrating as it was advertised as having a hairdryer so I didn't take one...

Highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent location in the centre of Chamonix. Staff all very helpful. Great facilities in the apartment. Kitchen very well equipped. Swimming pool great. All clean and warm.

Beautiful apartment with wonderful view and complete amenities
Pros:

Complete kitchen amenities, really feel at home. Really close to the town center, few supermarkets nearby. The Montenvers train station can be seen from out balcony. The view is indescribable. Overall, i really love Chamonix. I’m glad I had 3 nights there instead of doing daytrip.

Cons:

Would be nice if the property can provide hotel slippers for us to use inside the building (to swimming pool or hammam)

Fica a menos de uma quadra da estação de trem o que é ótimo para chegar com as malas.

Infelizmente não servem café da manhã.
