This is a friendly and unpressured environment, with compact but attractive rooms. The hotel offers a breakfast which is not to be missed. It is two blocks from the Fukuoka/Hakata rail hub but has surprisingly quiet and bright rooms.

ホテルの立地は、博多駅筑紫口側にあります。中州などの夜の飲食店街を利用する観光客であれば、博多口にあるホテルの方が利用しやすいかもしれません。
今回、初めての利用でしたが、感心したのは、部屋照明が電球色以外にも昼光色の照明とデスクスタンドも昼光色でしたので、ビジネス目的で滞在した自分にとっては、ストレスがなく仕事を部屋内でおこなうことができました。筑紫口方面は博多口よりも静かですし、中州方面の特有の匂いが苦手な方にとってはとても快適に過ごせると思います。一階に隣接するコンビニも便利ですし、コピーセンターのような店舗もすぐ近くにあって、とても便利です。

Good hotel in great location
Pros:

The location is super good. 5 mins from the Hakata station. There are a lot of shopping centers and restaurants.

The hotel was well organized, size is not too big but not to small (bigger than general Japanese hotels).

The reason what I rated 4 stars is that,
Massage chair was in my room. I was so happy to see that but it was not working....
I had better not to see a massage chair.

편안하게 잘 쉬었다갑니다. 3일에 1번만 청소해주는게 좀 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 수건, 휴지통은 내 놓으면 비워줘서 깨끗한수건으로 교체해줘서 다행이었습니다. 조식도 가짓수는 작았지만 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 하카타역에서 걸어서 5분거리입니다.

沒有每天執房服務，雖然床單可接受不每天更換，可是每天要把垃圾裝好、把浴巾裝在指定的要求，並需要每朝10點前放在門口...有點兒過份，不會每天有人來整理房間，塵埃滿滿...不好住，下次肯定不會再入住。

飯店位置很方便，大廳服務人員很親切，早上從另一間飯店退房，帶的冰箱食物我用保冰袋裝，寄放行李時主動表示是否需要幫我冷藏冰起來👏
