Great value for the price, top location.
Pros:

Location is perfect, 10 minutes from the airport and 5 from Hakata Station. Lot’s of dining and shopping options in the area. Very good breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Lots of amenities.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent being a short walking distance from the train station and all the amenities which the station has, such as restaurants and any shopping. The staff at reception were very friendly and provided all necessary information re the hotel. Room was comfortable - not a great size, but this is common in Japan. We also found it to be very quiet with no external noise, which is excellent, given Fukuoka is a big city. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Fukuoka

Cons:

I don't usually fuss about breakfast too much, but for a large hotel with guests from different countries, I thought the breakfast had very limited choice.

It's convenient to be by the train station, especially to get to airport in 10 minutes.

Stay for convenience.
Pros:

Great location, 5mins walk from hakata station with plenty of shopping malls like hankyu, Pokémon Center , Tokyu hands, amu est. Spoilt for choices when it comes to eateries too. There is also a 7-11 right next door. They have staff 24-7 who are generally helpful and speaks good English

Cons:

Cleaning services are only done every 4th day so if u stayed for only 3d2n, there is no cleaning done to your room. U get fresh towels and bins though. Stayed in a double room and the bed and pillow are too soft

Das KOKO Hotel ist ein Top Hotel mit einer super Lage in der Nähe von Hakata Station (10 Minuten Fussweg mit Koffern).Wenn man das Frühstück nicht nutzen kann, gibt es viele Kaffees und Restaurant in der Umgebung.Die Zimmergröße ist prima.Service und Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und freundlich.

Decent stay and happy with the location
Pros:

Super closer to Hakata station as it’s just steps away from it . There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby !
I love they offered free crib for my little one during the stay .

Cons:

The room is a bit too packed.
