After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Reception opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 09:30 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Wednesday from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change, so we recommend contacting the residence before arrival. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Prices include accommodation, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel),household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), bed linen, basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for browsing, emails and research), TV, as well as all taxes and charges (except tourist tax).

Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

The maximum vehicle height for parking at this property is 190 cm. Taller vehicles cannot park here.

During the summer period, guests are welcomed at the main reception located in the Andromeda building – Pierre & Holidays Les Constellations Belle Plagne, Porte 7, accessible via the upper Belle Plagne covered car park (maximum height 1.90 m). Reception hours during this period are Monday to Sunday (except Saturday) from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Location is fantastic. Clean and warm.

Cons:

Boot room could do with the boot heaters being on a bit longer. Got stuck in the lift at one point.

Top ski-locatie.
Pros:

De centrale ligging op de pistes, en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Een ruime en centrale parking onder de appartementen.

Cons:

Zeer luidruchtige buren, jongeren, die tot drie uur 's nachts met luide muziek feest hielden. En geen mogelijkheid om een noodnummer van Pierre et Vacances te bellen.

Pros:

deuxième fois que je viens chez vous et toujours autant satisfaite de la résidence la propreté, le confort, le calme, la vue...

Cons:

Pas important mais les gens qui montent dans leur appartement chaussures de ski au pied alors qu'il y a un endroit pour les mettre au 3eme étage et en plus chauffé et qu'ils les mettent sur le balcon.!?!

Pros:

I loved the view from high up on the hillside. The covered parking with an entry directly into the hotel and the elevators is very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped and thought out the apparent was.
