Hoposa Pollentia - Adults Only

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony every morning were great. Everything you could want for breakfast. Will definitely go back.

from the time of arrival to the time i stayed, the hotel has an excellent view, waterfront, everything LOOKS modern & updated. I did have an issue with the air, for them to offer another room, if i had to pack up, i would just check out. Why was the room not prepared before arrival. AC only works when key card is inserted. The room did not go below 22 degrees celsius, to be told thats european laws. The price for the room is to expensive for what they offered. I was attending a function at a near by hotel, that was sold out otherwise i would have checked out immediately to stay there. Spanish is the language for the area, i had language barrier issues. i have photo & video if expedia would like to see

Massive extremely comfort beds, breakfast superb and best pineapple daiquiri’s I have ever had.
Reception and all staff could not be more friendly or obliging. Offered use of courtesy shower on day of departure.
Location directly opposite fine golden sandy beach.

The room and the pools are much smaller than the pictures would make you think. The price for the space isn’t really the best, but the area is nice and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel felt like a family run hotel, and this was down to the super friendly staff. We got to see the same smiles and greetings every day which gave you a feeling of intimacy and warmth. The decor is stunning, clean and modern with a beach theme that is so relaxing. Apart from sleeping and showering I usually don't often spend time in the actual hotels I stay at, but evenings with drinks on their patio were a delight!

Wonderful hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. Excellent facilities and located a few meters from the beach and promenade. Lots of shops, restaurants and the harbour a short stroll away. 20 minute bus ride away from Pollenca. Excellent breakfast!

Beautiful and peaceful property set directly across from the beach. Walkable and convenient to nearby shops and restaurants, even walkable to the port for excursions. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the Hotel, very clean, staff very friendly was there for 3 nights with family 19 of us we all had an amazing time, buffet breakfast had everything you wanted, I would say the standard Mountain View rooms are not that big but for 3 nights it didn’t really matter 👍

Lovely small hotel. Perfect location on the beachfront anout a 15 min walk from the heart of the town so convenient but quiet. Road in front before the beach but not busy and benefit of a 3 mile odd promenade.

Nice, modern beachy decor with comfy sofas and chairs both inside and out.

Buffet breakfast was very good, alhough didnt vary much on a daily basis. So much fresh fruit! Cava also included. Its also open for lunch and dinner and there is a full bar outside with live music several nights a week.

Two pool/sun areas. Loved the one on the roof top with fantasticc views over the coast. Good quality sun loungers too.

Small, fairly well equppied gym with modern equipment.

Staff are very friendly and provide good service. Everywhere is super clean.

The only drawback is that rooms are small, although well designed and comfotable. The bed is also two singles pushed together which is disappointing for an adults only hotel. We had a good walk in shower, large thick towels and complimentary toiletries. Rooms also have a kettle, mini fridge and hairdryer but no dessing gowns

I would only recommend the front sea view rooms as the ones at the back dont get any sun and have no view at all. Superior rooms are basically the same size with just a larger balcony and two sun loungers rather than chairs.

Puerto de Pollensa is a lovely resort and we would definitely consider staying here again

The property, inside and outside, is beautifully decorated and inviting. Staff are welcoming. Location is perfect with a beach across the street and lots of restaurants near by.

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The downstairs area, front garden and restaurant area are very nice but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are VERY small. I take responsibility for not checking on the room size before making the reservation. The staff made their best efforts to accommodate us. We still left a day early. Will not be back.

The hotel was lovely although the pool area around the back was very unattractive with no atmosphere at all.
The roof terrace had a plunge pool but no sun beds free as the mayor had removed all the sun beds from the beach! Thankfully that was being fixed but after our stay. The rooms were small but functional
The restaurant staff were lovely & loads of choice for breakfast.
The lunch menu slightly disappointing & they couldn’t make a nice salad. Loads of other choices near by.
Would we return? I’m not sure but that’s only because we wished we’d been slightly nearer to the centre.
Super clean everywhere to be fair 👍
