Pros:

Pas grand chose. Bonne pression d'eau.

Cons:

Hotel assez vieillot pour le prix. Plus 2 étoiles que 3. Literie très moyenne. Chambre pas du tout insonorisée. Climatisation d'un autre âge : soit on la coupe et il fait 30° dans la chambre, soit on la met et ca vous souffle de l'air froid pile sur le lit. Donc nul. Plus jamais pour plus de 160e la nuit.

Pas mal pour dormir au propre et ne pas trop dépenser. Quelques bons restaurants à moins de 100m

Propreté, salle de bain assez grande comparée à la taille de la chambre avec douche italienne ouverte confortable et propre. Quelques bons restaurants à moins de 100m

Cons:

Toute petite chambre murs blancs, très basique, très peu décorée, en rdc d'où l'on peux encore entendre le bruit du métro.

Muy buen servicio y atención
Pros:

La ubicación es central y fácil acceso al transporte. La atención muy buena, siempre muy amables. El cuarto amplio y limpio con una muy buena vista al exterior. Me gusto mucho, es una calle tranquila con lugares para comer cerca a la plaza de italia.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable, très accueillant et très serviable. Emplacement à proximité des métros, restaurants et magasins. Chambre confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Vibrations du metro ressenties même si légères et bruit de la chaufferie à proximité de la chambre, ce qui n'avait pas été le cas lors des séjours précédents.

Pros:

Pour une erreur du nombre de personne concernant la réservation, la direction de l'hôtel nous a laissé délibérément sans solution pour dormir à Paris. Aucune souplesse, aucune discussion. Je conseille d'aller réserver ailleurs où l'être humain est plus conciliant.

It’s a hostel. Too pricey for what they offer. Good location.
Pros:

Location is good. Next to Place d’Italie and the tube. You can also take a walk of 20mins to Lea Invalides.

Cons:

It’s not a hotel. It feels more like a hostel or a students residence. The rooms have been ‘renovated’ but still look very cheap - bathrooms would benefit from a proper cleaning. Towels and bedsheets felt very used with ‘industrial’ smell. You better don’t look underneath the bedsheets.
