The beds were comfy, rooms as cosy as expected. Had a great stay. Pool water was absolutely perfect.
Pros:

The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that they had me down as Mr when clearly they cld see I’m a woman. On the tv screen in the room it said welcome Mr. Lewis. And it was my birthday. All good, only a small thing but slightly annoying.

I received an exceptional welcome and help with luggage to my room.

Cons:

Not receiving any birthday suprise. Disheartened to recieve no bottle of champagne or chocolates,or the offer for a room upgrade or discount meal as bday treat.

I lived the room the way staff talk to you and help with anything they can and that I was treated with respect at all time ..
