We love having a getaway.
Pros:

We like the restaurants. It is easy to go to the city from the Crown.

Cons:

Lots of cars in the carpark meant that we had to park a long way away.

I won’t be returning to Crown Promenade.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable

Cons:

The price was absolutely outrageous. I have stayed there before at half the price, it was supposed to be a luxury spa room but was barely bigger than a basic room. The view was terrible and the price, $499 didn’t even include breakfast! When I expressed my surprise they gave me 2 beverage vouchers, but when I tried to use them the next morning the restaurant was closed for breakfast, they sent me to the hotel next door which didn’t honour the vouchers. The staff were quite abrupt, almost rude.
