It was ok. We loved our room it was nice and tidy.

It was our first time and it was ok.

Cons:

We didnt know where to park properly for us to use when we stayed at the Promenade. The big parking lot was a bit far from the hotel.

Comfortable bed room was a bit warm

Cons:

shower in the bath tub - bath was a bit slippery no hand rails for support
I am 59 years old and so I would say if I was older by about 5-10 year shower in the bath would not be acceptable that would be a hazard for the elderly. None slip surface would help.

Being told at reception at 4 in the morning when we were leaving, that we had booked a meal to our room when we paid for our meals and drinks as we went.
Maybe you should have guest show room card so the is no mistake on that one.

It was a wonderful stay and we had a lot of fun, thank you for a great experience
Pros:

Loved the view we got, we could look down at all the action happening below and we loved the pool area and the laundry as well as having some late night dinner in our room thanks to room service however we did find it was quite expensive.
Our bed were extremely comfortable and having a wardrobe where we could hang out dresses was great!
Also the lighting in the room was perfect

Cons:

The room did feel a little cramped for the 3 of us and the lack of large bathroom was a little of a let down but other then that it was a wonderful stay
