Excellent property in a wonderful location, close to the city centre but still quite quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was perfect. Fantastic value for money. Will be staying here again!
太优秀了,太舒适了,没得说了,谁住谁知道。
2字,推荐。
Room was perfect everything you need. Mini bar too which was well stocked. Staff were exceptional.
Nothing not to like.
Super
Excellent location - the train station is only 5 minutes away or you can walk through the lovely park in the daytime. Staff are so welcoming and helpful and the room I had (no 7) was super spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great location, central but quiet.
Lovely decor and friendly staff
Would always prefer double bed rather than zipped twins, but was aware of this.
Room warm during night and could not find thermostat
Burnt myself on bathroom radiator, left burn mark.so be very cautious with children
Great location. The day staff member was quite pleasant.
We had no heat for 36 hours. The bed headboard was decaying. There was rust throughout the bathroom area.
Very friendly staff and great location
Building site view wasn't great
Location was amazing. Right near park with museum and ruins. Staff were amazing too. Room was quite large and had everything we needed. Liked the detailed decorations and the Scandinavian vibe. Bed was large and comfy.
Wasn't a huge fan of the mini bar setup. Like to be able to buy my own things instead, but I imagine others find it convenient.
Great Location, clean throughout, lovely decor and friendly staff.
Noise. I think if we ever were to stay again we would request a different room. Our room was on the level just as you come through reception and we were disturbed every time anyone arrived or left or had a query. Then awoke at around 5am with what may have been kitchen staff (not sure, but as we were also very close to the kitchen it could well have been) we could have requested a room change but chose to buy ear plugs for the second night. I’m sure if we’d have been put in a different room there would have been no issues. I think, unfortunately, we were unlucky in the room allocation.
Lovely stay.
Room was immaculate.
Nothing.
