Elderly couple.
Pros:

Breakfast and resturant are excellent. Food is Good. Staff are a credit.

Cons:

Room was rather dated, abait comfortable. The hotel definitely need a makeover and brought up to modern standard. The bath is very tired looking.

Overall good. But probably would not stay here again.
Pros:

Its location was good. Near everything but on a side road so quiet at night.

Cons:

There were frequent events at the hotel which made it noisy during the night. Also, rooms could have been cleaner. The restaurant was more expensive than neighbouring eateries. Some staff were not friendly.

Poor , run down rooms but staff were nice
Pros:

Rooms were big , staff were helpful and working hard

Cons:

Cleanliness was absolutely poor, bathroom had a soluble bath for two persons which was useless. The shower was terrible. Luckily there was a spa nearby for our group of five women to go and have hair washed.
We had a suit .

Breakfast was okay if you were a Gujarati but no choice for continental.

No hot water, bed sheets not changed, smell along the corridor, extra door key not available they had to borrow form another hotel. But the staff were helpfull specially Vijay

Our Favorite Hotel in Vadodara
Pros:

Our 4th stay at this hotel and we have truly enjoyed every visit. The hotel is well located in the heart of Alkapuri and close to all shopping. I cannot stop praising the Bay Leaf Restaurant for the fabulous lunches and dinners they serve. The staff are great and serve you with their heart.

Overall it’s good but needs to be improved.
Pros:

Location is exceptionally well it’s near by all shopping needs for foreigners.
Food is very good only concern is the amount of extra hidden sugar in all local or international food.

Cons:

1. Internet services are very poor, ideally not good for people works remotely like me. Fortunately I had purchase eSIM helped me for work related issues.

2. Reception or Manager didn’t do call a single day to find out is my room or stay comfortable or not?

3. Room carpet was so dusty, during my 7 nights stay cleaners never used vacuum.

Overall the rooms need upgrading.
Pros:

Good location, close to shops and restaurants. It’s clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room that was booked via bookings .com was not the one that was provided. Room 207 , the bathroom was in poor condition.

It was convenient and good
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location was perfect, as all shopping locations were close by. Gym equipment was okay and basic.

Cons:

The facility did not have easy room accessibility for someone with arthritis. They still had to go up and down stair to access the lift at the other end
