not sure if would stay here again especially at 450 a night.

Bed was comfortaable, great location, most of the staff was good,

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned when requested, shower had no pressure and water stopped, shower pipes started rattling, overrated on price for the room

Rydges is the place we stay when travelling to Townsville. The staff are great,rooms are very clean.

The Staff super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Nothing.
The rooms could be updated a bit more (especially the bathrooms) but the cleanliness was GREAT! Well done housekeeping

Jacqui is the best staff member that they have.

Cons:

Manager needs to be sacked as does the barista

Chris is rude refuses to give a refund when staff make guest stays unberable. His people skills are discraceful
